I have worked with a few roofing companies over the years but I have to say Micasa Pro Roofers has been the best hands down. From Oscar the estimator who quickly made an appointment with me after I sent a request, he kept in communication with me and answered all my questions. I am very happy with my new roof, they all did an awesome job, we will definitely use their services again in the future and hope you will too. Highly recommended.

I have had Micasa Roofers perform work on my roof for years, and I was always impressed with their work. However, in Aug 2016, I had a $15,000 job completed by Micasa where they were supposed to remove, clean and replace tiles, and put down new felt underlayment. When the job was complete, my rain gutters were removed and damaged, my roof leaked like a sieve, and I am $15,000 poorer. Not only that, but they refused to make any repairs or fix the leaks, or repair or replace the missing rain gutters. Now, I can't get them to respond no matter what I do. I have recently filed a complaint with the CSLB, and am hoping to get some resolution, before my house is filled with black mold. If I were you, I would keep looking for a roofing company with a better reputation. I wouldn't want even my worst enemy to experience the nightmare that I have been through.

so we called Micasa Roofers for a quote for our companies roof and they call back and yelled at our receptionist saying it's a prank call/solicitation call and that since our company is a building materials manufacturer that we should fix our own roof! what kind of service is that? or maybe they just don't want to work!

Nice enough to deal with on the phone... But, they never came out to look at the job. They went to Google earth, threw some numbers together and emailed me a bid and contract.

Not sure how their work is. Between the price and the way they bid, I went elsewhere!

Oscar and his crew were a delight to work with. After calling multiple places, no companies were available for even a quote. I found Micasa Pro Roofers, not only were they able to get me quote fast, but able to work on my roof within two days!!! Oscar answers calls and texts very fast! My family will definitely be holding onto their number.

DO NOT TRUST THEM....called to get an estimate about a leak and over the phone he quoted me $1450 without even looking at the roof and said that they were going to send me an email with contracts to sign that day to ensure that they would receive said money. I was skeptical and called someone else and they came out and fixed the leak for $300

I called because I had several leaks in my home. Not sure who answered the phone but he said he would call me right back but never did. Did not keep their word. Bad start, I was hoping to get an estimate due to the awesome reviews. :(

Oscar sent someone out to fix my roof fast; before the next storm. The price was fair. Oscar was very professional and responsive to my questions and concerns. Paying by credit card was easy. If I have future roofing issues, I'll call Micasa Roofing.

All Around Great Service and easy to Communicate with.....found this company by reading the reviews on Yelp and they speak for themselves.... I needed some Shingles replaced on a rental and a Roofing Cert. I Called and spoke with Oscar and explained to him what I needed and he had someone go out to the property right away, it was fixed so quick. I would definitely recommend this company to other home owners because the pricing was amazing too.

I called Oscar from Micasa Pro Roofers because I wanted a second opinion, as the roofers who did my current patio roof were unreliable and made me feel very insecure with their hasty work and lack of communication. Oscar was so helpful- he explained what I needed to expect from this other company. He gave me his honest opinion, verified their license and told me what to look out for. I am grateful for his kindness and regret that I hadn't called Oscar to replace my roof in the first place.
