I would give them 10 stars but the highest is only 5. MiCasa Pro Roofers are awesome! They gave me a written quote on the work I requested and I figured they would, like most contractor, exceed it. Guess what? Not only did they got started the next day (Yes, they showed up at exactly the time promised), they did exactly what they said they would do and did not go over their quote! It's so refreshing knowing there are good honest contractors still out there! I cannot say enough good things about MiCasa! If you need any roof repairs done, look no further!! Thank you MiCasa! You guys are the best!

We had our roof ""repaired"" by them and they MESSED it up! With this last storm our garage leaked... Where they supposedly ""fixed"" it. We have left NUMEROUS calls to them, and wouldn't you know it? NO ONE has responded!! DO NOT USE!!!! Another reviewer mentioned OSCAR-- he was also the one who was in charge at the time our roof was done! SCAM!! If I could, I wouldn't even give them one star.

Our roof job was completed back in 2016 to the tune of 30k. Yes.... expensive... even for those days. With the huge downpour that we received earlier this year, we started to have issues. We have called their customer service to fix the issue, see image, and they continously give us the run around. The leak(s) happened due to their lousy job done during the install and the fact that they didn't pay attention to minor details. OSCAR, the manager, should be fired. DO NOT HIRE them! Save your money and hire someone else who will honor their warranty and not scam you for your $.

Great? It should be Outstanding!
A reroof was beyond my scope, so when it came time to bite the bullet and start getting estimates... I immediately went to social media to read reputable reviews. MiCasa Pro Roofing kept coming up.
I got 4 bids, talked with the roofing office personnel and then the roofing owners themselves. Oscar, owner of MiCasa Pro Roofing took the the time to explain not only the process, but also explained the upgrades his company does at no additional cost.
What made me decide on going with MiCasa was not only the bid was the best, BUT they could start within a week which was a problem with a few of the others.
Was I blessed and pleased......
From the time of signing contracts, to the end, Oscar was there anytime I needed answers, he even went to the construction site on a Saturday to evaluate. The city readjusted the permit and MiCasa Pro Roofing paid the difference and told me...... don't worry, it's been taken care of. To me, that's excellent business.
Amanda in the office was great. The crews that work at MiCasa Roofing were spot on great. They did a beautiful job. and all in the timeframe quoted.
The professionalism was above and beyond. I felt the honesty and integrity this business owner had within him. Thank you for the beautiful new roof, and the wealth of knowledge.

had micasa come out and give me an estimate on replacing my roof. they had to remove my old tile and the old wood shingal underneath not an easy job. i got a great price. They were very profetional and a great team. they finished in four days. i want to thank Oscar the owner and Norma in the office who was so helpfull and personable great job. he also replaced two other roofs on my culdesac my neighbors are also very happy.

Incompetent and Dangerous
This company should not be licensed. I hired them to repair one leak in my roof for which they charged $1,450.00 This seemed extremely high, but no other roofer could repair the roof for several days, so I agreed. However, Micasa didn't fix the problem. The roof still leaked. They came back and didn't fix it again. This happened a third time so they replaced a small section of the roof. Now it leaked both in the original spot as well as a different place so I finally agreed to have the entire roof replaced. (And Micasa only credited half the amount that I'd already paid for the repairs that never worked, $725.) Then Oscar quoted me three different prices during three different phone calls, claiming the roof was a different square footage each time (even though I had written notes during each phone call). Of course, each quote was higher than the previous one. Micasa then replaced the roof. However, they left a mess: roofing paper, cut shingles and tar were everywhere. They also knocked loose a motion detector light and left it dangling. The crew said they'd come back to clean the mess and remount the light but never did. But here's the dangerous part: The next day we turned on the furnace. It came on for a couple minutes then shut off. I waited a while then turned it on again. Again it shut itself off after a few minutes and the carbon monoxide detector went off. At this point I hired a licensed furnace expert to look at the furnace (which is less than ten years old). He examined it then said, ""Those roofers ought to have their license revoked."" Micasa had removed the flue from the roof then reinstalled it incorrectly so the furnace wasn't venting. This could have literally killed us. On top of that, there were deposits of patching tar inside the flue vent at the top of the furnace which could have melted and which had to be cleaned out. In addition, they knocked the kitchen vent loose and didn't fix it. I found out a couple days later when I opened a cupboard above the stove and saw the damage. I cannot give this outfit a low enough rating. Stay far, far away from them.
