I had such a wonderful experience. It was a little unconventional at first In regards to how to get a quote, but after meeting with John and the time he spent answering all my questions and explaining things to me, my fears were set asides I love the job they did, from start to finish.

I got quotes from various roofers and, although they were not the cheapest, Micasa was the most responsive and they did a great job with providing status updates. Cleanup was awesome and the house looks a ton better. We are looking forward to having a great quality roof as everything I have seen indicates this is a solid quality job.

Very positive experience! First of all, a human being answered the phone right away. She took all my information, and John called me within the hour to schedule repairs. When he and the crew arrived at the house they walked through, assessed the damage, and gave me a price. Throughout the repair he kept me updated, and followed up with a thorough report. No one wants to have a leaky roof but Micasa Pro Roofers made the experience as painless as possible!

These guys are top notch all the way! I had a leak recently and called at least 6 companies and these guys were levels above everyone else who responded. Johnathan was very forthcoming in explaining their entire service and pricing structure. True professionalism. They sent a really great crew out and not only did they correct my issue but they guaranteed their work and explained everything that they did. Moreover, they did a complete inspection and made recommendations for future considerations without trying to upsell me which was a big plus. When im ready for a new roof I'm going to call these guys for sure. Thank you Johnathan!!!!

Thank you Norma for responding and proving my point for me. I'm going to tell and write additional reviews on your company if the property lien isn't removed. I hope everyone reads these comments and sees how inappropriate your actions are.
You are suing me and placing a lien on my house because you didn't get paid by the contractor...because your employees damaged my house while they were doing the tear off.
I only attached one picture, but they broke 2 vents pipes, a bay window (twice), skylight framing, stucco etc.
Not to mention again that I had no idea they contracted you.
Your problem is with them because your guys damaged my house and they didn't pay you...probably because they had to pay someone else to fix your mess. They were incredibly careless and rushing...I even asked them multiple times to be more careful.

You should be suing them, not me.

Update 3-29-18
Including the emails of Oscar threatening foreclosure on my home and a photo of the letter they sent. Once again, going after a homeowner that didn't even hire them and they were so sloppy and broke many things on my roof when doing the tear off.

I called up 3 different roofing companies and Micasa also had the best quote for me. They weren't exceptionally inexpensive, but they were slightly below the next lowest bid.

They did their estimate based on Google Aerial instead of coming out to my house. I suspect this is partly why they're able to bid with a slightly less quote. They honored their Google Aerial price completely.

As soon as a work order was signed Micasa was able to get someone out to my place to install within 2 weeks. (Mine wasn't an emergency.) My roof was replaced quickly and they were able to provide me with the permits showing that it passed inspection.

Micasa was also able to point out that the prior owner used the wrong material for the flat roof, resulting in my flat roof portion leaking every winter. All in all, it was a good experience and I highly recommend them.

Sorry for the delay- We are still unpacking boxes- We needed a roof on our newly purchased house and We checked with numerous roofers- most were so busy they couldn't be bothered even for an estimate for at least several months. Then we came across Mi Casa Roofers. We spoke to John and he took our info and called back within a couple of hours with an estimate- I was skeptical until we met at his office- What a great guy and it was a very pleasant experience. Not only were these guys the most reasonable priced, they were honest and were able to do the job the following week.
The workers were quick, efficient, clean and courteous . John and the crew leader addressed our concerns and explained every step of the way. I would, and have, recommended these guys to several of our friends.

Well this post is long overdue but these past few weeks of non stop rain has reminded me to write this review, I had got about 12 roof estimates for my house and chose Micasa Roofing not because it was the cheapest quote but because of their excellent salesman John, out of all the companies and salesmen I met he was the only one who followed up with me and answered the long list of questions I had for him, he was very professional and got the job done quickly, his team from tear down to insulation installers and roofers were exceptional and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a roof, a very honest company, thank you again Micasa Roofing!
