Wilson was very easy to work with and schedule. We had to reschedule a few times due to construction, but the team arrived on-time and did an amazing job. The dirt on the gutters came off as did the dirt on the metal roof. Could not be happier with them. They are professional and do a very good job at a good price for the services.

They may be great roof cleaners (I don't know bc this makes it so I won't even try them now), but this is so inconsiderate. They put a postcard on my mailbox in between the flag and the box. Then it rained. And I have to deal with this. I called- admittedly angrily- and let the man know I'd be posting this and he said, ""perfect."" ?

Edited to add: I got a message from the owner of this company through Yelp and he offered to clean it (I already had) and 20% off a service. Because I had cleaned it, he offered a free driveway cleaning. It was not the owner I spoke to earlier that said ""perfect."" I appreciate him trying to make good.

Customer service is A++++. The two men that showed up on time were extremely nice, and explained everything. I told them I just had the roof tiles repaired, and let me know if they see any broken ones. They did not break one of my S style Santa-Fe tiles!
When they were done, the 20 yr old roof looked brand new! The workers did not stop there. They watered the grass to dilute chemicals, and made sure there was no muck on the pool patio, walkways, or driveway. Later, I received another phone call to make sure I was totally satisfied.
I have a 2 story house that is 4,800 Sq. Ft. The price that they charged me was incredibly low! I will definitely recommend Miami Roof Cleaning/Overspray to my friends with confidence!

Sent an estimate request to Wilson, via Yelp, heard back quickly and scheduled the service to happen within days.

Two men performing the roof cleaning were 40mins late. They did an EXCELLENT job (the main reason for the 5 stars). But they wanted to use our water supply to fill the tank on their truck (100s of gallons) - would have cost us another $75-100 from the city. This was not part of the contract.

The chemicals seem to muck our blacktop driveway also, will need to resurface the top portion - pic included.

Amazing work and great customer service. My roof had not been cleaned since I purchased the house 3 years ago. Checked Home Advisor to see if I could hire someone to pressure clean my roof and found this company. I set up the appointment and the next day I got a call from Wilson. He explained that they do not pressure clean, they use a chemical that is stronger and lasts longer. He sent me a quote and I thought it was fair and hired them for the job. I scheduled for them to come do the job. At the last minute I found out I was not going to be home the day they were coming to clean, Wilson told me that was not a problem. I didn't need to be home while they worked. On the day of the job, Wilson called me to say his guys were at my house, and they noticed the outside walls were dirty and they could take care of that for me for an extra cost. I was planning on painting the house this summer since the paint did look worn down, and Wilson told me he could make the house look new again without needing to repaint. I was hesitant but gave him the go ahead. When I got home later that day, I saw my house as soon as I turned the corner, and it just stood out. The house looked brand new. My roof was a bright red and my walls looked as if it was just painted. I told Wilson today, it was worth every penny. Fantastic job and I will recommend them.

Miami Roof cleaning Services did an awesome job cleaning my roof, the walls of my (entire) home and driveway. My wife was super happy with how everything turned out. The quality of service was excellent and respectful. One example is before doing any work (particularly on roof) images were taken of any issue that may be present and in my case it was as some tiles that were not secured properly and were sliding down. They put them back and secured them (see images) after speaking with me. Once the home was complete it noticeably stood out. See the image of my neighbors roof that was construct at the same time as mine. Just make sure all plants and brought and be prepared for portions of your grass to end up yellowish and dirty red were your gutters split out to. If you don't have gutters then it will be around the home. Ask them how to prepare the home before hand or what to expect due to the cleaning process and they will be more then happy to let you know.
