These was a very unreliable company, at least they were with me
I agreed to pay their price for fence repairs, I signed their contact. Twice, we agreed upon a date & time to come do the work. The last communication was when they sent me a text, saying they were on the way. AGAIN, they were a NO SHOW, and they never called back to reschedule. Lucky for me, I hadn't given them any money. IF you choose this company to do work for you, don't pay a dime UNTIL the job has been COMPLETED.

This was unfortunately the worst experience I've ever had with a construction company. I found them through Facebook Market and wasn't sure about hiring them to build an outdoor sandbox and custom shelves in our living room. They promised they were reputable and would write up a contract to guarantee delivery of the work. First off, they wanted over 50% of the total job upfront - I asked if I could at least hand over 50% which was already a lot of money ($2000) to which they finally agreed. I then paid them $600 for a modification to integrate arches to the design. The ""manager"" only spoke with me to ask for money and rarely coordinated between her and the workers. I constantly got calls from the carpenter asking about materials. They did not deliver under the promised timeline of 4-5 days and instead took over 3 weeks, after constant back and forth calls. Finally, they wanted me to pay the rest of the payment ($2125) before the work was completed. I suggested paying after the shelves were installed and the manager (finally speaking with me over the phone), said the payment would have to be done before installation. At this point, I had only seen images of the shelves sent by the carpenter, and wasn't confident that I would like the work. The sandbox wasn't enough proof for their quality of work, since it's a much more basic job than custom shelves. They agreed to come to my home, but never did, so I called her and the carpenter to which I got no response. Finally, she sent me a text saying they would void the contract suggesting they were taking a loss by doing so. That left me with $2600 paid and no custom shelves I had spent weeks coordinating. They keep refusing to at least give me the material I paid for. This was a great waste of time and money. A sandbox is not worth $2600. I feel like $2000 were just stolen from me. I have no power of decision or negotiation as a customer. They just decided to finalize the transaction as best suited them. I do have a contract, so hopefully that will provide me some legal justice. I'm sharing this as advice to not hire this company and be very careful. They are not reputable, trustworthy, or professional at all.
