Had a roof in desperate need of replacement, including the fascia. Meza roofing company was the best choice by far, spoke to Alex he explained what would be done, and how long it would take, including city permits, and priced right! They were professional, left the property clean, picking up all of the debris. Everything went as planned, roof and fascia completed within the time frame and was beyond what I expected. We had an end of life roof that had to meet coastal commission regulations and CA energy requirements. Alex and the Meza team responded promptly to my inquiry for a roof replacement, new fascia, and finished underhang wood paneling. The price was very competitive and I selected Alex to do the work.

He obtained all the city permits, performed the work over, and cleaned the property at the end. Our finished product looks very good and provides us with an energy efficient 35-year roof.

I'm that person that will get 5 different quotes from 5 different contractors. Alex was referred to me by a friend so I had him come out to the job site take measurements and send me an estimate. Out of all 5 guys he was the best price, the fastest to send me the estimate and the one to start the job the soonest. Since I flip houses timing is key to do business with me. Alex brought me samples of the roofing the next day, I sent the deposit and he started that same weekend. I did not have to chase or babysit which I do quit often with contractors. I dont know where to start. I can't thank Alex and his team enough! As a first time home buyer, i was very skeptical on hiring a company to re-do my entire roof as it is a big investment and needed someone I can trust. From the first assessment and walkthrough with Alex I felt comfortable, and how he explained the entire process and made sure to answer all my questions and went above and beyond to explain everything in detail. From explaining what type of shingles I needed and what type of vents were best for my home based on the city. He took care of everything, from pulling permits to meeting with inspector to bringing me samples on the type of shingles and keeping me in the loop of everything that was going on.
Alex and his team not only work fast but are also very clean, they made sure to leave the property spotless everyday after they were done, this was very critical as I do have kids that love to play outside.
