Meyers roofing did a roof repair work at my house and the roof is still leaking at the same spot I called ,email,text and left messages with answering service multiple times but nobody contacted me. The roof is still under warranty.This is very unprofessional company and does lot and lots of false advertising.i will give him minus one star.

Can you trust a business that doesn't keep their word? I don't.

This is nothing against Meyers roofing's work itself rather their customer service or lack of it.

I called Meyers roofing and their guys came over to take a look at my roof. No issue there they were very professional and answered most of my questions.

They told me they would email me the exact quote by the end of the day. Of course they never did so I called them back and the lady on the other side told me they will get it to me by the next day. Of course that didn't happen again. So I called again and again I got the same answer and result. I called again the following week and they said they would give it to me in a day...I'm still waiting till this day.

So they are not a company that keeps their word! If they think they have bigger fish to fry that's fine but at least let me know. I would completely understand but I guess that's too much to ask for.

Josh did a great job on my roof repair. he warranted his work and i havent had any issues since. I am planning on using him again for other roof repairs before the big storm his this week!!

Great Service! I called in the morning and they gave me a timeframe between 12 - 1:00. They arrived at 12:00 sharp. They were very professional and fixed the leaking roof right away. The price was reasonable. Grateful to find such great service.

He answered all of our questions and clearly explained each step of the roofing process. He was more than fair and greatly exceeded our expectations on every level. We were especially impressed with how important it was to him and his staff to make sure we were completed pleased and satisfied with our roof. They showed up on time and at the end of each day thoroughly cleaned up the work areas. We now have a beautiful new roof that we are very happy with. We had an excellent expert once with Meyers Roofing. We need a new roof and extensive wood replacement and Josh and his crew did a fantastic , professional job. We had called quite a few roofers and many never called back or gave outrageous bids. Meyers was fair, showed up on time and worked from nine am to seven pm for almost ten days. Only took Sunday off. We can't say enough about the excellent job and excellent service we received from Josh and his crew. And they cleaned everything up very nicely. Highly recommended
