DONT wASTE Your Time!!! Find a reputable contractor that knows that they are doing... they came twice to fix the leak few months apart, and it's still leaking in the same spot and now in another location .
I just don't think Joe Tejada and his crew know what they are doing.

If I could give a ZERO STAR, I would.

My roof was damaged due to heavy winds so I contacted MexicanRoofer and Joe Tejeda to visit the site and obtain the necessary information. He came on-site and he indicated that he would have an estimate by the end of the same day. Nothing was received that day. In the following days (8 days), I called and texted him multiple times, and every time he indicated that he would have an estimate in a few hours. He never provided an estimate and he never contacted me back. He knew very well that I was waiting for his quote to be submitted to the insurance company. Joe is irresponsible, does not communicate, and he is very unprofessional.

The estimate process is the first phase of any job and an indication of how well a contractor will perform. MexicanRoofer and Joe Tejada failed miserably. I would not trust this company with any contract job.

Roofers were very fast and punctual. Things that were promised to be completed were not and I needed to hire someone else to complete them. This roofer takes in a lot of jobs so it seems a bit rushed. Overall, I would not use again, because I'm sure could have gotten done for less and that is because of the contractor not roofer.

Joe is irresponsible. He schedules an appointment but will not give a time he will arrive. He doesn't return texts or phone calls. Obviously he doesn't need my business and he will never get it. I would not recommend him or his company.

I discovered a leak in my son's room during a storm. Someone referred me to Mexican Roofer so I called a few days later. Joe, the owner, answered the call himself and scheduled me to have someone come out within a couple of hours. Even though they were busy, he wanted to make sure to fix the problem asap because there was more expected rain that night. They were right on time, very professional, the work was done quickly and thoroughly, and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely work with them again and recommend them to anyone in need of a roofer. Thank you, Joe!

I contacted Joe @ MexicanRoofer.com after seeing the signs all over the valley. I needed to get some shingles repaired from wind damage. They were able to make the repairs without me having the solar panels removed. Communication was great. Price was good. The finished job was well done. I reccomend them and would use again in the future.

We had a different company come patch up a leak after the crazy rains we've been getting. We found, out after another downpour, that our roof was still leaking. I remember seeing a sign for MexicanRoofer.com while commuting to work and decided to give it a try.

Joe was very responsive and provided a quote over the phone. His worker arrived the next day, 3 hours before schedule and found the leak that the other roofing company missed. They used a sheet of underpayment for a large area and sealed it with a flashing compound. I will definitely use their company again in the future!
