We requested a service a few days ago and Metro was onsite that evening. Our roof was leaking from a tree branch falling during a storm and putting several holes where water could get in. Metro showed up and tarped the area quickly. We opened an insurance claim because we had damage inside from the storm and our flooring was damaged along with several other issues. They provided a mitigation crew and now we are waiting for our insurance and Metro has been there since day 1. We appreciate the quick service!!!! We definitely were stressed and they have helped keep us understanding the process along the way.

These guys were amazing!! First time doing all of this and Metro came to us not as a salesman but an educator, they took a look, got me an estimate, and told us everything we would need to do even if we didn't choose Metro, we would know what to look for to get a quality job. Our condo association needed the best price with the best quality and Metro provided that without question. We shopped half a dozen companies but after looking at their BBB Accreditation and the fact they had been with the BBB since 1996, we chose Metro hands down.

Metro Builders replaced my roof in December. My claim was originally denied and they stuck with me through the entire process (months) of haggling with the insurance adjuster, me demanding an engineer to validate my issues... all the way through the long awaited approval. The work completed was nothing less than exceptional, which included full replacement of the roof, replacing all the rotten wood on the house and repairing the internal issues caused by the water leaking inside. I highly recommend them for your roofing needs and any internal work you need completed. I, especially liked their quiet arrival to prep, covering yard to minimize trash and debris and moving it all out upon the completion of the job. It definitely was worth the wait and the money spent. They were timely, professional and completed everything requested. It was a wonderful Christmas present!!
