Phil did an awesome job on my hybrid roof. I highly recommend this company. From the start, he came out personally and brought samples of materials and took measurements. He and his team were completely professional. They cleaned up the work area and were quiet and respectful. I love my new roof. I get compliments everyday.

This is a very difficult review to write, because I believed I had forged a very good rapport with Phil Miller, I considered him a friend. In fact, I always would refer to him as ""Phil Miller like the beer."" I referred Phil to others that I knew, because he seemingly did a good job on my roof several years ago. I am reminded as I lay here and hear hail banging on my roof right now (3/9/19) that I should write this review, so that noone else gets the treatment I got after Phil did my mother's roof on her home, who is now 86 years old. She and I both are physically challenged. If you are wondering why it took me a while to write this, it is because of the relationship I had or at least thought I had with Phil and his ONGOING commitment to fix what he did wrong, I called him numerous times in anticipation that he would HONOR HIS WORD and he would always indicate he was going to fix it. And I obviously have given him ample opportunity to repair the problems, but I regrettably say to you that he has NEVER come through. The last time we spoke he committed to having someone named Joaquin come out, but of course, it never happened and I have never heard back from Phil. I thought Phil was a man of integrity, but it appears that I was wrong.
This is what happened when he did my mother's roof: His crew got there before he arrived. They were all of Spanish speaking backgrounds and they began working on the roof to replace it. My mom and I were in the house and these guys were taking the boxes of shingles up on the roof and DROPPING them on the roof, instead of placing them on the roof and my mom and I were hearing the cabinet's in the kitchen cracking and just unbelievable LOUDNESS. My mom said, it sounds like they are going to tear my house up, so I went outside and ask them to stop dropping the boxes on the roof, of course I don't think they could really understand English. Then, they were just BANGING unbelievably on the roof, I guess taking the shingles off and placing the new ones on. Eventually, Phil showed up and I made him aware of what had been happening and he indicated it was a different crew and showed a little disgust, but went on observing the workers. For some reason Phil had to go up in the attic and I showed him the entrance through the garage. I stood at the bottom of the ladder and he was getting ready to come back down, not even addressing what I could clearly see and I said, Phil what's going on, I see clear to the outside. These guys had banged right through the wood of the roof and Phil said that he thought it was already like that and I assured him that it was NOT the case. He went outside and supposedly was going to have them repair it. Fortunately, I could clearly see that problem, but of course I was left wondering were there other holes beaten throughout the roof as well. A few weeks before Phil came to do the roof we had a gentleman come to assess where squirrels were getting into the attic and he came back after the roof had been completed to put up a blocker to keep the squirrels from getting in and shortly after getting into the attic, he came back down and asked us what happened and I said, what are you talking about and he indicated that a major beam had been broken, he said he noticed it right away, because it wasn't like that when I was here before. And that's when I contacted Phil Miller about making the repairs and to date the repairs have not been made.

After a lot of research on the internet and a bad experience with a company that worked on the ""we will take all the money we can get from your insurance company and you pay nothing "" (illegal) approach, it was refreshing to meet Phil Miller, the owner of metal masters and get an honest bid on the metal roof that we wanted. He gave us a very competitive price that day and never waivered from it. His project manager, Mario was there every day. His workmanship followed everything the manufacturer had in their literature and he was one of three companies the manufacturer recommended. He doesnt have a big internet presence so he was hard to find but I guarantee. you will be happy with his work. I am passing this information on, as there are so many roofing companies out there trying to take advantage of you and your insurance company. They don't tell you a price, even up to the point of asking for your first insurance check. Fortunately thats when I realized I was being taken and with Phil my story had a happy ending.

Phil and crew installed our roof in 2009, and it's still in great shape. They have taken care of our roof and our son's for years. Goes above and beyond. I was amazed at how efficiently and quickly they do the job. Will NEVER call anyone else. The Harmon's love this company.

Phil repaired, and actually fixed, a flat metal roof that had leaked for years. Someone had just done extensive work on it before I found Metal Master Roofing, and it still leaked. Phil came over, assessed the situation, explained why it was leaking, repaired it and it's never leaked since. Great roofer!

With all the roofing companies that come and go in when a hailstorm hits, you never know who you're going to get on top of your roof. But I can personally vouch for Phil Miller...he's an honest, kind man who knows how to take care of his customers. He's the type of person who would go above and beyond to make sure they're taken care of. And best of all, he picks up his phone!!

Phil did a great job fixing the roof on a property we manage in Arlington.
While the weather was bad, Phil was still there doing his work to prevent any potential damage that might occur if the project was to postpone any longer.
Since he went beyond his job duty, I highly recommend his service to anyone who has a need in roofing services.
