My review is based off of communication. I can't speak on quality of work. I had Marco come out to do a roofing inspection at one of my listings. All was well until he needed to make a report. I had to chase him around multiple times asking for a report to be made. He kept on telling me that he forgot and will do it right away. After speaking with him 4 times on the phone for the report, I've given up. It's costing my clients money/ time as well as the respective buyers clients. If you're a realtor like myself...save yourself sometime and look for another company to do your inspection.

Fantastic service. Marco and his crew delivered quickly, and on budget. Experts in the roofing industry. Best call I ever made. Complete tear down and roof replacement was completed in one week. Super old skylights were trouble areas and continued to leak, but Marco was there to investigate and resolve the issues within hours. One criticism is the clean-up afterwards of nails, metal shavings, old roof pieces, and plastic could have been better (but I have no frame of reference because this was the first new roof I've bought!).

Marco did a great job in not only craftsmanship but also in being attentive to my specific needs and creative in meeting them! I first worked with Marco a while back when I had a roof leak arising from a specific area of my roof. I live in an area that in windy rainstorms gets near horizontal sheets of rain hitting one side of my house and the sloped roof above. I called a number of roofers who barely glanced at my roof and then gave a pat, costly estimate to replace the shingles on a the whole third of my roof! Marco gave a thorough inspection and honestly advised that most of the roof was in fine shape. He offered to just focus on the area of concern and branch out from there and only replace the shingles which were actually damaged! When done I mentioned I was moving next year and he advised that he could also replace the siding on the same side of the house, which was also rain damaged and not up to code. I was reluctant to use a roofer for a siding job. However, I just had another leak issue and Marco again provided a careful and honest diagnosis, that being that the roof was fine and the culprit was likely just some rotted exterior trim. So I had Marco handle both the new leak issue and the siding. The trim diagnosis turned out correct as its' replacement inexpensively fixed the leak, and the siding replacement looks great! Marco even reattached my wall-mounted garden hose reel! Marco gets my highest recommendation!

Marco was very responsive to my request for an estimate and made time to come out right away. He showed me pictures and was honest about his opinion and provided very helpful recommendations. I would definitely recommend Marco, thank you for your help!

Marco the owner responded to my phone call in a timely manner. Marco also good communication skills. After the storm this week I had 2 leaks inside my mobile home. I called 12 roofers none of them were willing to work on a mobile home roof. Marco took on my plea for help. He was on time did a great job with his helper. I would recommend him and definitely use him again.for any roofing repairs. Job well done. Thank you

We had a giant redwood branch fall on our clay tile roof and requested an estimate from Meta Flat Roofing. They responded that day and scheduled an appointment for the following day. Marcos came out to our property to evaluate the damage.

He was presented well, nice and polite. We recieved a very fair quote within the hour.

Although we went with a family friend to do the job I'd recommend Meta to at least quote your project.

We found a puddle of water on the living floor and some wet sheet rock. After some investigation the most likely suspect - roof leak! Meta Flat roofing
responded the same day and came out to look at the problem. Repairs were
scheduled for the next non-rainy day. They secured loose flashing around the
chimney and repaired some roof damage above the wet area. We were happy with Meta Flat's fast response to our problem and would hire again. Also worth noting - great job color matching repair shingles to the original roof, and thorough cleanup after the job.
