Merit Roofing replaced my roof in in March. I am very satisfied with the materials and workmanship. And I believe the cost was fair and reasonable. There were no commercial surprises or extras.

My goal was to have the most storm resistant roof I could reasonably buy and get approved by the HOA. I think I have that now. The new roof has also enabled me get a new lower cost home insurance policy. I did not change my roof as part of an insurance claim but my insurance savings will pay me back for the roof in 6 years.

I can't say that I enjoyed having my roof replaced, but Merit ripped the Band-Aid off quickly and did the whole thing in one day. I don't think that is usual, but it worked for me.

Merit Roofing recently replaced our roof and we are completely satisfied with the workmanship, professionalism and efficiency that we experienced.
Ray Dulock personally walked our roof with multiple insurance adjusters to make sure nothing was missed. (Our claim was complicated and thus we had three different adjusters that were sent out to inspect). He was personally present during key phases of the roofing job and made sure that we were happy with the work at every turn.

We just (9/15/2020) had our roof replaced by Merit Roofing. They did an extremely good job and were totally professional. At the onset they worked with the insurance adjustor to finalize our claim and then filed the requisite paperwork with our Homeowners Association to get architectural approval. The roof was completely installed in two days as promised. Merit did a fastidious job with the cleanup; their painter touched up some nail pops in the ceiling that occurred as a result of the roof installation as well as touched up some small scuff marks on our homes exterior. It was a first-class experience from start to completion. I can absolutely recommend Merit Roofing to anyone who requires either roof repair or replacement.

Merit Roofing just installed a new roof on my home, did beautiful work, and made this one the most pleasant roofing experience I have ever had! The owner, Jonathan Merit, dealt with us personally, and was instrumental in our obtaining help with the cost from our insurance carrier, which was certainly welcome! The work was completed in a day, and the workers were very mindful of cleaning up after themselves and leaving everything just as it was before their work began.
