We found the foreman to be so very rude! He became verbally aggressive when we questions him about the job We were told there would be communication throughout the job. We were also told they would use tarps and then use a metal detector to make sure that no nails were left on the ground. We took pictures of what we found just walking around the yard one the job was done. The pictures are literally from about a 5 minute walk through the yard.

We had a terrific experience with Merillat from start to finish. The estimation process was smooth and pricing was super competitive. The roofing team showed up prepared and worked like champs throughout the heat and rain. They cleaned up daily and were very respectful to us as well as being careful around landscaping etc. We have a very large roof and they completed the job in less than a week.

Merillat Roofing, LLC is not good company to deal with. They provide one quote and charge you with different quotes, more than you expected. Thay lied to me and I get hit with more money that they quote. Be aware,they not totally professional.

John did a great job on a full re roof then had a small bit to redo and ran me around for over a year with promises and has yet to complete. Also scheduled a consult on another home s to reroof, and John was a complete no show. He excused himself with "" so busy"" / too much business so the ""guarantee work"" doesn't hold water. I liked John a lot but had to take next roof biz elsewhere

Horrible job, missed all the nails that were supposed to hit the studs. Punctured our a/c and fucked it up and are trying to not take the blame for it. And they also left a giant whole in our roof but gladly they sent someone to fix it but other than that i would never recommend this roofing company to anybody.
