Michael M.Josh Hicks, the owner of Merican Builders is not reliable, not honest and not professional. He was paid over $3600 as half the down-payment to do a job and buy materials. The contract was signed the first week of November 2023 (nearly seven months ago) and he never showed up to do the work or return the money. I have texted, emailed, called and even went to his job sites and he still refuses to repay the money back. He also does not return text or phone calls. I have since hired someone else to do the work and they have completed the job. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Merican Builders to do any work at all.
