I would give him zero stars if I could. Ruban Luna replaced our flat roof several years ago and once we found out that his work did not need state code, he refused to fix it to meet standards. He then refused to give me copies of original paperwork when requested, then he refused to answer and respond to my text messages or phone calls. I also found out that out of the total amount of money that he charged me to replace the roof which was 8k, he only used around $500.00 in materials to build the new roof. It cost me a total of 20k to replace his original work and bring it to code. I'm still tied up in legal paperwork because he refuses to work on the roof even though it's still under warranty. If you choose this man to replace your roof, make sure to get the roof inspected afterwards and insure you take care of any issues before the statue of limitations is met. These guys are the best! They tore of 7.5 tons of old roofing then left for the day. It started to sprinkle, they immediately came back and put plywood down and sealed it up. The next day they came out finished. If I had a questions i was able to call them anytime and they would come out and look and give my suggestions.

They were hired to do some work at a housing complex, when asked what they were doing by the tenants, they threatened and cursed at me. No manager around to deal with workers and phone calls go unanswered.

Replaced entire roof at a very reasonable price. Even came long distance to meet to show me the material used. Will not hesitate to use it again.
