Not a man of integrity- don't use him for anything.

Purchased a $2K door from him & he gave me the wrong swing after repeatedly confirming it was right. He refused to bring me the correct door. Lied multiple times saying he didn't have a truck. Then changed the story he could deliver to one address but not the other.
Imagine using him for a large project & he makes an error-- zero self accountability. Unethical.

If you are looking for an honest, hardworking, professional contractor look no further than Memar Interiors. We had a small hall bath remodel and small master bath remodel. Both remodels included removing all the old fixtures, tubs, toilets, cabinets, tiles and mirrors. The bathrooms were outdated and worn out from years of use.

Michael was very professional from the initial contact. Our estimate meeting was scheduled very quickly and at a time that worked for my husband and me. He came in quickly took measurements and went over our wish list; he was in and out in less than 30 minutes. We had our estimate a few days later. Once we decided to move forward with the remodel, we contacted Michael and setup a time to review and sign the contract. He sent the contract over a few days before signing so we had ample time to review and address any concerns. We signed the contract on a Saturday morning and started the remodel two days later on Monday.

The money: Memar Interiors was the 5th contractor we received estimates from for our bathroom remodels. Memar estimate was reasonable and appropriate for the job sizes.

The design process: Michael is very pleasant to work with. He will happily give his professional opinion when asked but will not disregard your design preferences or opinion. We had a very hard time picking tile. Michael saw our struggle and offered to shop with us at the tile store to help with the choices. He helped us with final design choices on finish colors, paint colors and trim. His opinion is valued and trusted by us.

The demo process: Michael's demolition team was amazing. They came in around 9AM and had the first bathroom demolished by 1130AM the same day. They were so quiet we were barely aware they were here. They covered our floor to protect it and cleaned up very nicely after the demo. The second bathroom was demolished after the first one was finished and went just as smoothly.

The construction process: Michael and his team were amazing to work with. All his trades were very knowledgeable and had no issues taking time to explain things along the way or answer any questions we had. All installation and finishes were done in a timely manner with quality work.

Issue resolution: While issues are expected during a renovation, the way they are handled was our biggest concern. Michael was quick to address any problem no matter how tiny as soon as it was mentioned. The biggest issues we had were time delays that we caused by ordering our toilet too late. Michael worked with us and offered solutions to keep our project moving along.

Overall: We would 100% recommend Memar Interiors for a renovation or design job. The team is knowledgeable and friendly. The final project far exceeds the expectations we had. Never in a million years did I expect to have bathrooms that could be featured in a magazine, but Michael and Memar Interiors made it happen.
