They kept me informed of the schedule, when they got here the installer completed the 4 screen panels over the pool in less than 2 hours. Great job at an awesome price. We will use them again, and have already made a referral to our neighbor.

They kept me informed of the schedule, when they got here they were pretty much in stealth mode, as after I spoke with the tech even the dogs were quiet. Made the repairs, awesome price, and were able to quickly repair one of the three screens, and so they only charged us for two replacements. We will use them again, and have already made a referral to our neighbors.

I got an estimate months ago, and when I called week after week, their voice mail came on and said ""leave a message"" and then, "" the voice mailbox is full""!!!
They have not called me to cancel, or to confirm repair date after months of waiting.
When I went to throw their card away from my fridge door, I saw a number written on the back, I immediately got an answer from the man that did my estimate, He was cordial and apologetic. so I expect to hear from the repair team ""soon"".

This company was great and gave us a GREAT price! They came and gave us an estimate for rescreen work that we wanted done and NOT for what THEY thought we should have done.. like others that came in 5K over them trying to force us to replace absolutely everything. They listened and gave us a great deal. They were prompt, quick, professional, cleaned up after and the nicest people ever! We will be calling them again when our screen doors need to be replaced and when we need a whole new enclosure!
