Hired to do a job that would be waterproof, was promised that the patio cover would be guaranteed to be waterproof and guess what, it isn't. Vendor communicated and said they would
Come back out to fix the issues we were having. After that initial conversation, Minor( the owner ) has essentially ghosted me and obviously believes his time to fix the project isn't worth the effort. I would pay a little more and find a more professional company that has a longer track record and one that's actually a company.
