We had a great experience with Meier & Sons. Their estimate was a few thousand below the other estimates I received. They got the roof done in just a few days and everything was cleaned up nicely afterwards. All the roofers were really nice. A+ job! Definitely recommend!

The workmen were good I guess. If the rain comes back, this will be the test of their ability. But the office needs training on customer relations.
They sent a sales person to do the initial bid, not a roofer. He gave me a number and then said it would be more than that after I had signed the contract. I got upset so he said it wouldn't be much more. WRONG! It turned out to be almost 50% more for ""time and materials"". Then when they were finished they packed up the left over materials, that I had paid for, and took them. When the bill arrived they had added even more to it with out my authorization.
When my husband was an active contractor (now retired) we would over estimate and under bill to keep the customers happy and coming back. This company needs to start practicing this method.

We had some significant dry rot at a spot on the eves on our roof. I was quoted $4000-$5000 by other companies to repair and replace that spot of rot. Their quote for re-roof was very reasonable, much less then all others. I signed the contract and after noticed the dry rot was not on the contract. I figured the low quote didn't include the dry rot. I called the estimator. He said any rot they found would cost materials only. When I called the company they said it was included in the contract and that any new rot would be only be the cost of materials. And that's what they charged me. They found another spot that was far worse than the spot I first pointed out. They charged me less than $300 to replace all the wood in that spot! They replaced all the vents and used the best GAF composite shingles. They even added gutters for a great price, well below all other quotes. The job was done perfectly, on time and many thousands less than all other quotes. The guys were great and the cleanup very good. I highly recommend this roofer-5 stars.

Meier & Sons Roofing came and took of 3 layers of roofing. Also had a good amount of roof rot. Replaced all the boards that were needed.
Great crew! Very nice men. In 4 days all the work was done. The house is now cooler. The roof looks awesome.
Highly recommend them. Here in Fremont is one happy customer.

I would recommend these people to everyone who needs a new roof. They were professional, kind, clean, and most imortantly, very reasonable. The owner came over; we chatted about my options and the cost, and I was very pleasantly surprised. It took his workers a day and a half to replace my almost nonexistent roof with a beautiful new, lifetime guaranteed shingled roof. It's beautiful and I no longer sweat the rainy season.
If you really need a new roof NOW, call them.

I needed a new roof to replace a leaky old roof in the middle of winter and found them on a list at a contractor website. Alberto called me literally 20 minutes after I posted my form, and setup an estimate meeting. He came over during one of the big February storms and gave me an excellent price for a roof, gutters and shingling my patio awning too. We scheduled it between storms and it has worked out excellently. Alberto also had several samples of shingles to choose from too.

The crew is very professional, fast and most importantly, are nice people and friendly. The roof and awning was repaired and replaced in two days! They picked up all their trash and were quiet when they worked. One thing of added value; they added some extra vents at no charge and consulted me with a new location for a downspout that now keeps the draining rainwater out of the walkway that's on the side of my house.

Communication was very good. Linda and Alberto answered my questions quickly and were available when needed. The lead roofers that I talked to were experienced and were able to point out things to make my roof more efficient.

I looking forward to enjoying this roof for a good long while!
