Michael McStay came to my home by a referral. He was only supposed to give an estimate to repair a leak in my roof. However, what he did was remove a tarp that I had covering the leak. He then sent his helper Abel who sometimes drives a dark truck but also drives a red truck license # Texas FSZ- 8065. Able went onto my roof and was ONLY suppose to give an estimate of what it would cost to repair the roof. However, he went onto my roof and put LARGE tarps in several locations all over my roof. And he lifted up the shingles to put the tarp under the shingle and put holes under the shingle instead of simply laying the tarp flat. That said, my roof looked terrible from the street and I immediately called Michael McStay and told him I would not going to use Able as I did not like how he left my roof. He said he would have Able come back and remove the tarps. When Able returned he went onto my roof without notifying me he was again getting onto my roof and when I noticed him there I told him you can't just go onto someone's roof without their permission. When he came down I thought that was that. The next time it rained leaks start appearing all over my house and damaged many of my belongings. Michael McStay was rude when I notified him and denied all wrongdoing. However, I have photos of how the roof was done by Able...and a picture is worth a thousand words.

We had several bids to replace our roof and McStay came in extremely reasonable. On top of that, their quality is top-notch and we appreciated the punctuality and professionalism of their workers. I highly recommend them!
