Two young men arrived on the job on the day and at the time promised. Went to work immediately repairing our leaky roof. Travis McMillan had inspected the roof a few days earlier and submitted a contract proposal which we accepted. The work they completed exceeded what was spelled out on the contract and was done in a business-like professional manner. Whether putting on a new roof or repairing one that is leaking, I would highly recommend McMillan Roofing for the job.

Travis, came to our rescue re-roofing our home. We were required to either re-roof or replace by our insurance company. I had called 25 roofers. In which 6 responded and 4 gave us quotes. Travis came out on Sunday and had an estimate by the end of the day. Travis had the most reasonable price to complete the job.

He and his crew commuted all the way to American Canyon from Santa Rosa each morning for 4 days. He was always punctual and on time and completed the job a day before the expected rains passed through our area.

On the day that he completed the work I took photos and emailed our insurance company and they removed the non-renewal. The quality of work, the professionalism from his team, and communication from him was excellent. He answered any question I had. From start of project to end his team was on it! Thank you for providing excellent service in our time of need.

Travis repaired a leak on my tile roof. He was on time and very professional with a great attitude. He Inspected the water stain inside my home and quickly identified the issue, explaining the repairs needed. He was able to find tiles which closely matched our existing ones. On completion of the job, I'm confident my roof is ready for the next rain storm.

I'm so thankful I found Travis McMillan of McMillan Roofing on Yelp to replace the roof on my Rohnert Park home. Communication was excellent and that's the most important thing to me on a project like this, especially with the amount of money being spent for the job. I had worked with 2 other roofers for spot repairs over the last 2 years to address damage from wind and rain on my 50 year old tile roof. They did ok work, but I didn't get a great professional attitude vibe from them. When I found McMillan Roofing, I did a test run job with them and had Travis complete a quick spot repair that was leaking water into one of the inside bedrooms. He arrived on time, completed the repair in under an hour and then surprisingly charged me less than half of his original quote due to it being less work than originally estimated. That's pretty rare these days! Seemed like a stand up guy and I was very satisfied with his work as well.

I then got quotes from 3 licensed roofing companies, McMillan Roofing being one of them. Out of the 3 quotes I received, although they were all in the same ballpark, the McMillan Roofing quote was the lowest. That's not why I went with them though. It's due to the proactive professional communication, knowledgeable discussion, and good attitude. I knew I could work well with him and he didn't disappoint.

Sometimes I have a lot of question. Travis explained my options in detail, advised me on things to watch out for and what he recommended for the job. In the end we went with a composite shingle and he also had to add plywood as my home did not have plywood required as code when new back in the mid-1970's. I also knew that my chimney roof area was also in bad disrepair due to wind and rain. Once he got the old roof completely removed, he was able to address the chimney area as well as a half dozen areas of hidden wood dry-rot. This was covered under a small change order, but with transparent communication along the way.

Since I had this job completed just this past week in the middle of rainy season, Travis followed up with me several times a week over the month prior to schedule a full week that was rain free. I have this house rented with tenants and he also updated my tenants weekly on the planned schedule so I didn't need to call them multiple times. I also live a 2 hr drive away, so during the roof removal and re-install, Travis sent me daily photo updates via text and provided a summary of work completed. My tenants informed me that he was amazing - doing good work and being very courteous to them. The last day of the job I made the drive up and met Travis in person. He walked me through many details of the job and we had a good talk. Same great attitude. He explained that his father was a roofer and he worked with him for many years before sharpening his skills in the Union and then starting his own company.

I'm completely satisfied and have peace of mind.

He is extremely knowledgeable, very reliable and communicated regularly with me, even though I live out of the area. The finished product was worth every reasonable penny.
