Karen F.Unsafe, unreliable, and irresponsible. Do not trust this company. Find another company for your roofing, construction, and solar. I made such a mistake. They don't do the right thing.
horrible. customer service is awful. owner Jay is a horrible scammer. his crew flooded my house and refused to clean it or help and when I tried contacting the owner Jay he cursed me out and then stopped responding. I would recommend using another service.
Very pleased with the product, installation and service. Owner, Jay Motz, was very responsive to my requirements.
After 35 years we needed a new roof and after checking into and meeting with a couple contractors we chose MCM Roofing. They just finished our roof about 4 weeks ago (right before the rains) and it looks great. We met with the owner, Jay, and he went over every detail so there was no confusion. The roofing crew, led by Manny, was awesome. They cleaned up after themselves everyday, and worked together like a well oiled machine. My wife even commented to me that ""they cleaned up so well you would never even know they were here!!"" 5 Stars is not a high enough rating for this company. I recommend MCM without hesitation.
Kay D.Amazing! Quick responds, had a claim put in and came out the same day. Great service provided by Zack!
My roof was leaking. Their rep said I needed a new roof even though the old one wasn't that old. After the job, there were nails in my driveway along with sharp sheet metal flashings, and the storage areas of my house were covered in roofing dust and dirt, I'm still picking up trash they left everywhere, but that's not the worst of it. I had to get another company to come out and show their rep how to fix the leaks they caused when they improperly roofed around my skylights. Furthermore, they broke the glass (confirmed by a rep from Velux, the skylight company) showing the nails they used were too big causing the break. Jay Motz, the owner, said he was walking away from my request for repairs to my ceiling and my skylight, saying I couldn't prove it was them. So now I'm forced to go to the contractors licensing board to put a lien against his bond for repairs. Interesting business strategy of taking care of its customers. Don't walk, run from these people! They are horrible, hire incompetents at every turn, and your roof may leak worse when they are finished as mine did, and if they break something, like your skylight, they refuse to take responsibility. Yikes, how can a company like this stay in business. Hopefully they won't be around much longer with the kind of response I got from them.
