Everytime I am in need for pest/spider control I have always had McIvers come out. They are so professional, but also personal. Joe always let's me know what the main concerns are, what to look for & even makes sure I know what spiders to look for to make sure my lil ones don't get bit by a poinsous spider.
Everytime they come out & spray, the bugs/spiders are gone. Their prices are fair & I have never in over 4 years had anything but good things to say about this company.

I am not understanding how this company is getting 5 stars when I had a set appointment window between 10 am to 2pm for my house to be treated. I stayed home for this appointment time for my house to be sprayed and no one bothered to call and say, hey we will not be able to make it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I contacted the company around 4pm to be told that they couldn't find the guy or get him on the phone.Very unprofessional and these ratings must be lies!!!!!!!!

This company is awesome! I've tried a couple of other companies before finding these guys (McIver's Exterminators), the other companies I tried either made me feel scammed (ants and spiders were still a problem) or their customer service just sucked. Anyways, finally found this company (McIver's Exterminators), their customer service is awesome and the guy that comes and sprays the house is always pleasant! Not only that, but the stuff they spray actually works, I haven't had an ant or spider problem since I've hired them! Their pricing is reasonable and well worth every penny, I definitely don't miss the trail of ants that would invade my house (inside and out).

Okay, so this review is longer than expected (I'm sorry) but I'm puzzled as to why they don't have many reviews on here. I've recommended this company to my family and coworkers. When I bought my home the only pest problem I had before hiring these guys were ants and spiders, but the other people I've referred had worse problems than me - rat and/or flea infestation! Their homes are now rat and/or flea free, thanks to these guys. Lol, thank goodness.

Also, the exterminator that comes to my house is friendly and funny, but still professional. Thanks Joe and McIver's Exterminators for your great service!

If it was possible to give more than five stars I would! I want to personally thank Joe for coming to my home and spraying my house and getting rid of this horrible ant problem I was having in my kitchen! I have used McIver's for 20 years and have them on a regular scheduled service. The technicians are very professional, friendly and do a great job in controlling my various problems from insects to vermin. If after a service and there is a problem, they will return w/o cost to retreat.
Great company and great service.
