I bought a house and McIver's Exterminators where the contractors that removed the door and frame to the garage. Along with termites which I highly doubt termites were removed.
I asked them to come out because the door they installed did not close or open, they should have put a metal or at minimum an aluminum door. The owner gave me attitude and refused to help me with this issue!
The frame still has termites, door does not close, and they just do sloppy work.
This is the second time I had to post this, since the last review was deleted. Please see invoice to see evidence

I wouldn't do business with them as they do not do good work or honor the warranty.

I have been using Mc Ivers Exterminator for the past 12+. They are by far the best company I have ever used. Joe, who is one of the main employees, is extremely careful and is very knowledgeable and professional. I trust him to spray in my house even with my not being there. If you're looking for a good exterminator with competitive prices, you should definitely higher Mc Ivers Exterminators.

My family has been with McIver's Exterminators since it started, that says a lot these days! We've changed houses a few times and they've been our go to guys all along. Joe comes every 2 months, and anytime in between if there's a pop up problem, you can't ask for better service! They take care of any and all pest problems, even sprayed my lawns for fleas when my dogs kept getting bit! I didn't even know that was a thing we could ask for. Definitely recommend their service!

We have used this company three times. Once when we first moved into our rental and a year later and a follow spray when we noticed a lot of spiders shortly after they sprayed.
So...the first time the guy came out I informed him we rented but I would like to set up regular service and he said ok and did his thing. Months went by and I never heard from them and had I lost their number. Finally remembered who referred me to them and got their number again. This time my husband called and spoke to the lady who answers their calls. Explained we wanted to set up regular service and never heard back from anyone and she apologized and said she'd set us up and scheduled us to be sprayed. Discussed with the guy AGAIN we wanted him out every 3 months and he said great. A few weeks went by and we saw a lot of spiders and my husband called again. They quickly sent the guy back out, he was at the house seriously 10 minutes. There's NO WAY he sprayed anything. And to this day we've never heard from them again. So much for them setting us up. I guess their so busy they don't want our business.

Everytime I am in need for pest/spider control I have always had McIvers come out. They are so professional, but also personal. Joe always let's me know what the main concerns are, what to look for & even makes sure I know what spiders to look for to make sure my lil ones don't get bit by a poinsous spider.
Everytime they come out & spray, the bugs/spiders are gone. Their prices are fair & I have never in over 4 years had anything but good things to say about this company.
Support the family owned business, they are SO worth it.
