Besides the missing shingles, he found ""minor"" problems. Esitmate was $800 or if I wanted to ""do it right"", $1400.
Called McHale Roofing of Fruitland Park. He came out did an inspection of the roof and his estimate was $175 to replace the missing shingles and found nothing else wrong with the roof. Asked when the repair could be done, he said a crew would be out later that day. Within an hour a three man crew showed up, did the repairs and were gone in 20 minutes!
