Not very professional. Doesn't honor the inspection and quote he had provided. Demands more, doesn't show up at scheduled slot (no message or phone calls). Stops by when he had time without notice and demands even more. Total waste of time with non-professional roofer.

I had called Rudy this morning because I had a leak in my roof. He was very professional and came out asap to fix it. I know that I'm fortunate that he was able to come out when he did because after a heavy rain that we have been going through roofers become very booked. Even called later in the day to make sure that there weren't any issues.

I called Rudy to come out to check my roof for a a leak that I noticed. He was able to fit me in to his schedule with in a few days for a estimate. He checked the area of concern and the rest of my roof. We schedule the repairs a few days later. They showed up on time and not only finished the repair, but also did a routine maintenance, cleaning the valleys, gutters and checking/replacing broken tiles. I feel the service was excellent, and completed for a fair price. These days it is hard to get any professional to return your calls, but Rudy solved my problems in less then a week from first call. I recommend his service, they are honest, timely and a fair value.

It is unfortunate that I have to share this negative experience. My roof leaked as a result of the recent storm and I was recommended Rudy by my neighbor's realtor. After Rudy Sr. came by, he introduced me to his son Rudy Jr. to fix the roof. I quickly coordinated with Rudy Jr. The first time scheduled, the night before, he contacted me to cancel and push to the next day. Unfortunately I was going out of town so we made plans to meet the week after. I messaged him 3 times before to confirm. When the day comes, he messages me 26 mins before that he's working on another client instead and to reschedule AGAIN.

After I called him out for rescheduling on me twice with no notice, he blamed me as a client. He blamed me for going out of town (I was out of town for a week and this would not have been a problem if he didn't reschedule on me the first time). Zero apologies for cancelling on me 26 mins before after I confirmed and rescheduled my own day around this. This is NOT company with integrity, professionalism or treat their clients with respect.

Roof issues are stressful, right? I got lucky to get professional service and a friendly team to fix my roof super fast! I would highly recommend them and really liked that they texted me photos of the repair progress. Fair pricing and no hassle and no surprise extras! Just fair and friendly service! Would use them again and definitely refer to friends and neighbors!

Rudy and his crew was very understanding and worked with me on my roof and dry rot that was present. They replaced my roof, Fascia boards, added gutter guards and fixed my dry rot issues for an awesome deal. They got the job done yesterday right before the rain started today and we got a 40year limited lifetime roof in the color and style we wanted. Why hire a general contractor who never ends up doing the work and will subcontract Rudy and his crew for a markup when you can hire the man directly, save some $$$ and communicate what you really need.
