I called twice, left one message first and then spoke to someone, then waited three days for a call back and estimate. Nothing. I have no idea what quality of work they do, but their responsiveness is nil.

I would give zero stars if that were an option. Do not use Mcfall Roofing. Where do I even start? They are eager to get the deposit money. Once you pay your deposit money, good luck! No only did I have to hound them to even start the work after 2 or more excuses about them not being able to do the work because it might rain...Boy, let me tell you when they finally started the job it was excuse after excuse not to get the rough inspection to get to the final roofing, excuse after excuse after excuse. They lied about the back porch facia board not having a proper facia ""just painted wood."" They did not want to come out there to fix it properly had to withhold money to get the back porch facia fixed properly. But don't worry they will get you back charging $700 plus for supposed ""extra materials and labor"". All around unprofessional, save yourself the Hassel and find someone else who wants to do the work, do it propelry and not take advantage because you were right and they were wrong and did not want to take the time to drive back to the job. Bonus fact I had to supply proof in pictures to get them to fix the back porch facia. Then they still wanted to act like I'm wrong, no I live there I know what the back porch and roof area looked like before they were hired. I could keep going, use them at your own risk.

If you have McFall replace your roof, MAKE SURE TO THOROUGHLY INSPECT THEIR WORK BEFORE YOU PAY THE BALANCE YOU OWE. I didn't do that and discovered siding damage they caused when they installed the roof. They said the damage was my fault because the siding was allegedly ""rotted"" (it had black staining on it). I believed them at first but then I had the house washed and the ""rot"" washed right off (it was just mold). McFall refused to repair the damage the roofers caused. I offered to pay them, but they still wouldn't do it (the job would be too small I guess). All they would do is replace ALL the siding for an additional $6,000.

Ok Honest review. They redid our whole roof in 4 days. Fantastic. Quick, and they stayed in communication. UNTIL!!! Christmas Eve 2020 a tree went through our roof. Should have gone with another service after having to beg for over 2 weeks for someone to call us back from McFall, but we wanted to stay loyal and support a small business as small business owners ourselves for over 30 minutes. They began work on the repairs over a month ago today. Last week we called and Jerry answered his phone for the first time. He stated oh it would be done by Friday (the next day). Nothing. No communication. Today we call to voice a complaint for having our roof sitting with half tarp half paper with no communication from anyone. Melissa was amazing handling the call and always is! However, we finally get a call back and they don't get why our plaster person doesn't want to work while they're working. POUNDING ON THE ROOF WHILE SOMEONE IS TRYING TO PLASTER A CEILING UNDER THE SAME AREA?!?! Sorry, again our plaster guy refuses and you r been working on 3 spots on our roof for over a month. Yet, nothing is done and no one has worked on the roof in weeks. 3 spots on the roof, and no communication as to why it's taking so long. I mean, can't be lack of shingles they've been sitting on the front lawn for over a month. Yet, here we are. February 16th and another month gone. Once again, we were happy with the quick full roof, but in emergency situations plan to wait for months. As a small business owner for over 30 years, this is not just frustrating but unacceptable for any business.

McFall was responsive to coming out to fix a little leak in my new roof. I appreciate a company that backs their warranty. Turns out it was more than just a marketing technique and I appreciate that!

really disappointed with the quality of work... they put on a completely different color than we had wanted, and even on a national holiday + weekend they LOVE to wake you up at exactly 7 in the morning even after calling to let them know that isn't what we wanted to happen.

When they finished doing our neighbors' roofs, I ran over a roofing nail which resulted in my having to replace my tire due to the way it lodged into the tire. Still, when it came time for our roof to be done, we consulted two firms and did choose McFall. I did mention to them about checking better for nails as I did not want a neighbor to go through the same thing that we did. Everything seemed fine. Later on, when we needed to use the cooling system, we found that our system was out. We called in the heating and cooling company we use. They informed us that a roofing nail went into the line for our system. All of the freon had leaked out. We called McFall. They said that it was not their responsibility and that it is so stated in the contract we signed. To me, this meant that it must be quite often that this happens. A bit more care on their part could have prevented this. It is not like the line is hidden. Clearly, their workers put in the nail that took out our system. I was very disappointed in their response to the damage. While the roof itself seems fine, their lack of responsibility and care is a real issue for us.

Extremely please with the quality of work. A real pleasure to interact with the workmen. They were friendly and took the time to explain what they were doing. The cost of the new roof also included two new roof vents and a new energy efficient skylight. Both Michael and Jesse were very professional and easy to talk with as they explained in detail what they were going to do when they submitted their quote. My wife and I highly recommend McFall Residential Roofing to anyone seeking a new roof.
