This business exhibits POOR customer contact and respect. They are in my opinion unconcerned about customer concerns. Numerous phone calls to company about roof issues are ignored and never replied back to. Roof shingles installed failed to hold up to stated wind tolerance then when company contacted about warranty issues, I received no reply.
