I called McCurdy roofing company and someone actually answered the phone and scheduled an appointment for a roof leak 3days later! the estimater showed up on time and I could tell he had a lot of experience. He gave me an estimate I thought was fair. they scheduled the repair in a reasonable time frame. Wayne and his helper showed up on time. as they started the repair it uncovered more dry rot damage than expected. Wayne walked me through what he thought was the best way to go to do the repair correctly. I am very happy with Wayne's work and how this company took care of business!! I recommend this comp very highly, and will use them again!! Well done McCurdy Roofing!!!

Wayne and Enoch from McCurdy Roofing visited our home to perform maintenance and install new attic vents and gutter guards. They were terrific, despite the amount of accumulated moss (6 garbage bags full) that needed to be removed from the roof. They worked extremely hard to make sure we were fully satisfied with the work performed and even worked late to ensure it was completed. Our roof looks terrific and we have peace of mind that it is ready for the next atmospheric river. 5 stars!

Waited almost a month for the 1st appointment and no one showed up - no calls, no apologies. Was told my appointment was not found anywhere after a phone booking with office. Rescheduled in 2 more weeks. The new estimator showed up, had to be urged to take a few photos, promised an estimate within hours. Instead, the company refused to take the job! My request for explanation and photos taken were ignored.

Roofers are picking clients when the demand is strong, but attitudes will change once all needy roofs are fixed. That's when reviews about their attitude will matter...If you don't treat potential customers with respect when they need you, they will act accordingly when you need them...What goes around comes around...

Wayne and Enot did a great job at repairing our roof in multiple areas. Wayne was nothing but helpful and professional with answering all of the questions that we had about the repair and the materials that were being used to complete the job. He was thorough in explaining the process to us which we really appreciate! The repair job was completed in two days! Thanks again for the great work, Wayne and Enot!

Pleasant and professional experience choosing products and planning for my small garage roof... until the day of the project. They offered to complete in one day, but the roofers didn't arrive until 2:30. They didn't know about rot previously identified and discussed prior to the start of the job. Their air compressor didn't work. They used multiple lengths of nails resulting in some poking through the underside of the roof in no discernible pattern. Only about half the roof was completed before dark.

A different individual returned three days later to complete the shingling and did good work. The agreement indicated the job would be completed within three days, and that was achieved except for one single roof shingle and new gutters that were finished later in the week. No apology or acknowledgement of problems throughout.

No rain penetration during the heavy rains and wind this past Spring after the job, so the result was good enough.

By comparison, I hired a different company to install the same shingle product on my main house roof. That other company installed quickly, consistently, with better underlayment products, and they even touched up a little issue on my garage roof. The job was fully completed in three days. Not rushed, but efficient, and the result was excellent.

I contacted McCurdy Roofing to inspect my roof and give me an idea of any problems that might exist. They came out in a timely manner and indicated that my roof appears to be in fair condition and no major repairs were needed. They did suggest that I have Roof Maintenance done which would make sure any nails that were popping up were fixed and fix some issues with the vents. Maintenance was scheduled and Wayne and his partner arrived on time and did the work in a timely manner. The next day I had some concerns with some nails/screws that were showing up where there weren't supposed to be any and I was very concerned about the workmanship and I let the office know. Wayne and his partner quickly called and came right over to fix the issue of the screws/nails and also fixed a gutter that had come loose. Thank you Wayne for fixing the screw/nail issue and the gutter. I appreciate how quickly you came back and eased my worries about the roofing. I would consider McCurdy roofing in the future.

I have never had such a nice first contact with a company in my life and I have worked with a LOT of contractors! Bobby came to give a bid today for our roof and it was a pleasant experience from start to finish. He called to let me know his ETA, answered questions and provided me with an explanation of how the estimate would be prepared. I hope the bid is in my range, these guys are a class act!

This is a great roofing company where the admin front office worked with us to address our concerns and our schedules. Then the roofers came and though had unexpected increase in project, they accomplished the tasks in the original time schedule. Excellent roofers did awesome complete job. Neighbors even complimented on how great the roof looks.

The owner of this company reached out to me to explain their situation and ask to be reconsidered. The unfortunate actions of one individual cast their entire company in a negative light, and I understand their situation. So I'll balance out my review to a more neutral rating.

It was very thoughtful for the owner to reach out and even provide his personal cell phone to make things right. We've already gone with another company, but it shows that he cares about his company's reputation and may work with customers to improve things.

My review was the second negative review about their estimator/sales person, and it's clear the owner has taken notice. I'm hopeful that the next customers have a much more pleasant experience. If you read this, take my review as a reflection of that individual and not the entire company.
