This is a first class company... is everyone trying to keep it a secret ??
I am a 76 year old single woman who does lots of research before she has any repair and or maintenance work done. Mainly because I cannot afford to throw my money away. So believe me I did my due diligence when looking to have a new roof put on this old house. Contacted four Roofers who came out and gave me quotes for the job ..... Prices varied greatly so did the warranties and shingle selection costs. Was not really happy with any of them .... then I remembered seeing an ad for a Local roofer in my Elk's Club Bulletin ... And there I found Mike McCurdy Roofing. I sent a query via e-mail and Mike Schirmer ( the son-in-law) got back to me right away made a appointment and come right out to give me a quote. He addressed all my concerns giving me his full attention. It felt right and as it turned out it was right...... I could not have asked for more from the very beginning to the final cleanup these guys are first rate. Honest, trust worthy, stands by his word, on time, polite, attention to detail, clean-up completely every night, and I love my new roof. I've done all the hard work for you so for peace of mind from beginning to end go with Mike McCurdy Roofing. And if you are real lucky ( as I was ) you will get Andrew as Your roofing specialist. We called McCurdy Roofing for a gutter cleaning estimate. Thinking it was not a big enough job to gain importance we were surprised by the prompt response. Mike Schirmer came out and gave us a written estimate.
After agreeing to very decent price and schedule he came out and completed the job in a timely manner in spite of the rain. Also, while he was cleaning the gutters he observed a crack tile and took video to inform us of a potential problem. Unlike some roofers I have dealt in the past he did not even try to solicit more work. For him it was a minor issue and he offered to come back and replace the tile free of charge.He is very professional and have a pleasant personality. Cleaned up all the gutters and downspouts of our 2 story house, flushed with pressurized water and left every little thing impeccable. Great job and we will surely call on our neighborhood roofer for our future roofing needs. Makes me wonder of the old cliche ""roofers do not work on rainy days"".
My neighbor saw his work and had arranged with Mike to work on his house.

My uncle had his roof done by the same company around 25 years ago and its still holding up so I thought i would check and see if they were still in buisness, lucky for me they are. Mr McCurdy is a very nice man and gave us a price right in the middle of the other 2 companies my wife had called. From start to finish he answered all of our questions and got the job done hassle free.

We live in Pacifica. We had our roof done by mc curdy roofing a couple of years ago. Nothing but totally professional. Great job total clean up. Nice people. We have recommended them several times and they have done work for many of our friends. We recently had a gutter problem after bad weather and tree damage. They came out and fixed it while we were at work. I even had to call them when I realized they had already fixed the gutters to see how much I owed them. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Mike and Michael won't disappoint you

Great roofing company. Family owned. Mike gave us a good, fair price. Did the work quickly with minimal disturbance to our family. Kept the work area clean, was mindful of our dog so she did not get out. They stayed on schedule and job was well done. Highly recommend them!
