McCullers Roofing did a flat roof for me 6 years ago. It leaked during the very first rain so I called them to come out and fix it. They sent two guys out who said they fixed it but it leaked again during the very next rain. I called again and again and they never sent someone out. Since it was over my carport I just let it leak since I got tired of calling. Now the ceiling above my car is starting to fall down. I tried to find the paperwork that they gave me to see if there was a warrenty and realized that they never gave me anything. I tried calling a couple of times to see if they had any paperwork and never got a call back. I'm hiring John Hogan Roofing because I'm going to need a whole new flat roof to be installed the right way. BUYER BE AWARE WITH THIS COMPANY!!

this company is the most unprofessional company that I've ever seen. I come home from work and they have left their huge truck parked in my driveway without permission. it was backed up so far that I couldn't even open my garage and they had left for the day. they also left my gate open and my dog got out which was a whole other issue. I attempted to call the number on the side but one was disconnected and the other was only an answering service. when I left a message about the truck someone was supposed to call me back but of course never did. So I had to leave thousands of dollars worth of my tools in my truck over night and couldn't even Park my own truck in my driveway. needless to say we won't be using them again and I were you, I would avoid this company. they will disrespect your house and offer no apologies for it. there are a ton of roofing companies so save yourself the headache and just go with someone else.

We used McCullers for several jobs over the years, including the last new roof we had installed 6 years ago. When we had some sections of soffit and fascia fail, I called several times before someone came out to look at what needed fixed. Never got a quote. I called the office about 8 times and messaged several times as well. Each time was very dismissive. Finally had to I contact another company who came out and fixed the issue. I understand what we needed was not a full roof job, so the money wasn't what they wanted to fix the issue, but if proper products would've been used in the first place, we wouldn't have had this issue. Would NEVER recommend McCullers to anyone in the future.

We had multiple jobs done by them on our roof. Ive had to have them come back on every job. On the last job , they actually had to come back out 5 times and still could not do it correctly. They actually caused more damage to the roof than when they started. I had to get a lawyer to contact them, to finally get them to pay for another roofing company to come fix what they could not. Horrible experience

Came out quickly, we had a leak. Said he knew exactly what to do - didn't need to get on roof or look in attic. Charged A lot for the repair, started leaking again. Came out again and still didn't want to go in attic or investigate. Did a bigger repair and it still leaks. Called office - was treated very rudely by staff.

I had leaks from a wind storm that toar my roof up. I called the next morning at 7:30 and they were at my door by 10:00 am. That evening they installed a tarp so that I wouldnt have any leaks. I have to say they really cared and did a great job. In the process after a tarp was placed we had another rain storm in the evening and they came over at 7:00 pm to nail down tarp as well as brought fans to dry out the area that was leaking. I don't think any other roofing company would of been so responsible and caring. I truly believe they are a great team of people who really care about my roof and would highly reccommend them.
