I couldn't be happier with my new GAF comp shingle roof. The salesman, Jim McCormack was very knowledgeable, courteous and made sure that everything was what he said it would be. The project manager was prompt and made sure all my questions were answered. The tear-off and install crews were efficient, professional and they cleaned up properly when finished. the pricing was slightly more than I wanted to pay but it turned out to be totally worth it. Quality is key!

I had the roof redone almost two years ago so this is not a knee-jerk review. We paid the fair price they estimated, their staff promptly responded to our calls or requests, the work was done on time even though the roofers had to schedule it around our autistic son's school day, they cleaned up properly each day, and so far the roof has held up perfectly. Highly recommend!

Company has some descent employees and I was on my way to recommending them but experience ruined by dishonest salesman who didn't want to come through on his end of the agreement after I did mine. When we agree on a price you honor it. Tried to weasel out of a couple hundred.

I had McCormack replace some tiles on my roof three years ago to prevent a leak I had running into a bedroom and having to replace a ceiling and repaint. Because it rarely rains in So. California, I had no idea whatever they did for thousands of dollars failed to work. This past rain where it rained tremendously hard for 15 minutes, showed me that the roof was leaking in the very SAME PLACE that I had paid to get repaired. Obviously very disappointed and have to get the roof repaired again but would definitely not use McCormack.
