The guys were great and offered competitive pricing, plus the follow up was superb. I had to have replacement tiling done after a fumigation tent since the fumigators damaged many tiles. I highly recommend Allen and his team!

I had Alan out to clean some algae off my roof and I was very pleased with how the whole process went. His communication was prompt, detailed and clear and they worked hard while they were out here in the heat. They showed up on time, cleaned everything off the roof, did some tile repairs and general maintenance while they were up there, and then cleaned out the ground level area before leaving. The estimate given at the start was fair and competitive.

The roof looks so much better and just a positive experience all around. Hopefully the roof stays algae free for a while. I will certainly give these guys a call next time!

McCormack Roofing is simply fantastic. Licensed, insured, honest and reasonably priced. I received five quotes in total and McCormick offered the best solution. They caught a problem with our roof that nobody else did too. PSA: Be careful when hiring a roofer and check their license & insurance!

Alan was wonderful to work with for my leaky roof! He is reliable, punctual, and professional. Unlike some companies that use drones for estimates, Alan personally inspects the roof, thoroughly examining not just the tiles but also the areas underneath and around them. I had a couple of other companies assess the leak and overall condition of my roof, but neither was as thorough or reasonably priced as McCormack Roofing. Alan found an issue that the other companies missed entirely.

Some of the great things about working with Alan include his excellent communication skills and his clear before-and-after pictures. The before pictures were particularly helpful in coordinating the removal of solar panels so the leak could be fixed. Additionally, his knowledge and guidance from previous homes he's worked on with solar panels were invaluable. He explained in detail what and how he fixed the various areas that had issues. He even repaired our cracked vents. I highly recommend Alan and McCormack Roofing.

These are very busy times for roofing companies. It takes a lot of patience to get a quote. I must say that I was very happy with Alan from McCormack Roofing. He responded quickly and gave us a very detailed bid for the job.

Very professional, came out inspected my roof and gave me an honest assessment of my problem. Other roofers that had come out wanted to blanket ""fix"" a large section of my roof even though I had a specific problem. Repaired, resealed and even fixed a few broken tiles they spotted. Would definitely recommend.

Alan was recommended to us for short notice on a repair. He came that weekend and did great work. Explained what he would do ifix the roof tiles, sent photos of the repairs and explained what he did to prevent recurrence. Rains came and no leaks. Highly recommend. Price was as quoted.

I contacted McCormack Roofing to diagnose and repair 2 leaks in our roof that appeared after the last big rain storm. Alan was able to come out quickly, despite his busy schedule and provide an estimate for the repairs. Unlike other contractors, he was able to show pictures of broken tiles and the compromised membrane that needed to be repaired so I was very clear on the work that would be done. Alan took up a section of tiles over the leak and replaced the failing membrane and tiles. He also replaced the rotted out plywood underneath. I am happy to report that after the last major storm the leaks have not returned. I am pleased with the quality of work completed and feel that it was done at a fair price, especially when compared with other quotes I had for the work.
