Alan was recommended to us for short notice on a repair. He came that weekend and did great work. Explained what he would do ifix the roof tiles, sent photos of the repairs and explained what he did to prevent recurrence. Rains came and no leaks. Highly recommend. Price was as quoted.

I contacted McCormack Roofing to diagnose and repair 2 leaks in our roof that appeared after the last big rain storm. Alan was able to come out quickly, despite his busy schedule and provide an estimate for the repairs. Unlike other contractors, he was able to show pictures of broken tiles and the compromised membrane that needed to be repaired so I was very clear on the work that would be done. Alan took up a section of tiles over the leak and replaced the failing membrane and tiles. He also replaced the rotted out plywood underneath. I am happy to report that after the last major storm the leaks have not returned. I am pleased with the quality of work completed and feel that it was done at a fair price, especially when compared with other quotes I had for the work.

Alan came to the rescue after the downpour of rain we had. We did not realize we had a leak and wanted to get it fixed before the rainy season.
I'm not really sure the magic he worked, but within just a few hours he relaid our tile and fixed the layer underneath the tile.

Punctuality is very hard on laborers but not Alan. He came on time and ready. He offers competitive pricing and he even helped me out on some shingles that came off the roof. He was very knowledgeable of the job I asked him to do, installing a solar attic fan is not common for most roofers I spoke with. If I can rate this guy 10 stars I would.

With the forecasted rainy season in the upcoming months, I wanted to have our roof inspected for any issues or repairs needed. Alan from McCormack Roofing came out for the free inspection. Well, I got lucky and found McCormack Roofing. Not only that Adam D. responded within 15 minutes, we spoke, scheduled an appointment for a site visit then scheduled when to get it fixed. Simple as that. Adam did an amazing job getting my MBR and garage roof leaks fixed in no time. He repaired what needs to be repaired and replaced what needed to be repaired with no mess to worry about. I am very happy with the work that was done and I will recommend McCormack Roofing to anybody. Don't worry about the number of reviews he has received thus far. It is normal for a new company.
