Kevin came out to my home and bid the job for a new roof. He came across as very honest, sincere, down to earth, and trustworthy. McClain is a man of his word. If he say's something, it's going to happen. I haven't dealt with a contractor in a long time who was a man of his word. If you placed a call or text into Kevin he would respond back immediately. He definitely is a man who loves his job and is out for his clients which is hard to find today. He had three men on the job at all times. Andrew is an awesome young man and the other two guys he had working for him extremely, extremely very hard workers and it showed they all love their work. I was amazed to see after they left how extremely clean my yard was considering I was in the process of a roof replacement. Kevin's crew was extremely polite, considerate, kind crew. A customer could not ask for anymore out of a company today. The work ethics here was that of 40-50 years ago, something that's extremely difficult to find in today's world. I cannot speak enough of this company and would highly recommend to anyone looking for roof repair, replacement. This is the best of roofing companies out there in my opinion and absolutely an amazing company. Thank you Kevin, Andrew and crew for doing a beautiful job on my roof. There was not enough stars listed to give McClain Roofing.

Can't say enough about Kevin and his crew. They re-roofed my house quickly, thoroughly, and at the quoted price. They did extra work like replacing some weathered wood, but didn't charge for it. They cleaned up, and left me feeling like I made a good call. The best part...a few weeks later I asked Kevin to take a look at my neighbor's roof because she had a leak. I explained ahead of time that this elderly lady had no means to pay for work. Kevin came over, saw that the problem was substantial, then without hesitation told her he would do it for no charge. He wasn't kidding. He had his crew there THE NEXT DAY. They worked all day providing thousands of dollars worth of labor and materials.
Wouldn't it be nice to know you are dealing with a genuinely good person when you are getting a bid on a substantial home improvement project? Look no further.

If possible, I would give McClain Roofing 10 Stars. Kevin has done 5 roofs for me over the years. Residential and commercial (apartment buildings) New roofs and repairs. His prices, quality of work, and follow up are excellent. I have seen the same employees on my jobs. Which says a lot about his company, to keep the same employees for years in the construction trades is amazing. It's great to have a company that you can recommend to friends and family and not worry about. Kevin's honesty and professional pride in his work is outstanding.

Tried calling this roofer a few times over a week. I left two messages, one with a person who answered the office number on his card and then a voicemail on Kevin's cell number.
No common courtesy at all. No return phone call.
He was recommended to me by one of his neighbors and client. I just cannot believe that all of these people had such a good response from him and I couldn't even get a return phone call to tell me he was just too busy.

Very impressed. Who wants to spend money on a roof and go through the mess...Kevin and his crew made it easy. My beautiful yard was well taken care of. Everyone was professional, friendly and easy to call. Very honest and they tolerated my dog who kept getting out. Actually, they were recommended and when I met Kevin and had questions answered I didn't get any other estimates. He inspired that much confidence! Turns out it was well deserved. Would recommend them to anyone who wants a good job done. Started Monday and finished friday on my 2 story house.

McClain roofing is one of those rare contractors that shows up when they say they will and does what they say they'll do. The whole process from securing the permits to cleaning up the mess was seamless and required zero effort by me. They did an outstanding job on my roof and finished ahead of schedule. The owner is very easy to talk to, answered all of my questions and updated me throughout the process. His crew was very professional. They started on time every day and cleaned up each night before they left.

I was told I could not communicate with the roofers and because of that Kevin had to do rework on the roof job. His workers were very messy and made a mess of my property. Things I talked to Kevin about prior to the start of the job he could not remember. I am a retiree and he insisted that I leave and go to work because most of his customers are not home during the roofing process. Whenever I would question the job to my satisfaction Kevin would get upset and say that I am being rude. I would never recommend this company to anyone. The price for the job is not a bargain either. I had expected to be able to communicate so If I seen something I didn't like they would correct the problem. After all I am the one paying for the job. Kevin thinks he is above the rest in the industry and takes it personal when you tell him you are dissatisfied. He does not admit to his mistakes and is out of touch with the ongoing job, whenever I would tell him something happened he would deny it or change the story. At least he reimbursed me for the roof antenna that suddenly disappeared. NOT RECCOMMENDED

After receiving 2 other quotes, we decided to proceed with Kevin. He did not disappoint! His price was reasonable and his work was superb! I would highly recommend him for your roofing needs.
