Our house sustained significant damage, outside and inside, from the Wylie hailstorm of 2016. The roof was ravaged, and a substantial portion of the interior (windows, flooring, ceiling, paint, et cetera) was ruined. With meticulous attention to detail, McCall Roofing & General Contracting worked indefatigably to restore our dwelling to our satisfaction. Scott McCall and Mike Volpe performed professionally and skillfully throughout the process, in order to alleviate any of our concerns. For any obstacles that arose during the restoration, they were tactfully dealt with. If you require a roof replacement or you need some other interior repair, I wholly recommend McCall Roofing & General Contracting for the job!

Scott McCall will not return phone calls pertaining to the 2016 replacement roof and siding McCall Roofing installed. I have been calling him consistently since August 2017 pertaining to roofing work done on my home. I have been told he was out of town, he is out in the field, he would call me before end of day but I have never heard back from him or a representative. Matthew Melton, the project manager previously reporting directly to Scott McCall is no longer with the company and is unwilling to address any outstanding issues with the work that was done. I'm not sure how to get McCall Roofing to adhere to the contract and commitments made in 2016 that McCall Roofing has been paid for in full.

We were denied on a claim for a new roof from some old hail damage. McCall Roofing had us file for a re-inspection, met our adjuster, and got the claim approved!! They did a great job on the roof. The guys were great. They cleaned up very well and did the job quickly without any problems. I would highly recommend McCall Roofing!!
