McAdams Roofing was founded by an owner who excelled as the top contractor in a leading company for three years in a row. He aimed to establish McAdams Roofing as a ""small on purpose"" business, emphasizing customer care, reduced volume, and careful attention to detail, skilled crews, superior project management, quality materials, and reliable contractors. These elements are frequently absent in bigger companies or smaller ones where volume takes precedence.

I serve as the leading contractor, office manager, CFO, and advisor to the CEO (the small guy in the picture with gold medals). My background as a Marine Corps infantryman taught me the importance of diligence, to say what I mean and to mean what I say. As an Olympic Weightlifter during college and graduate school, taught me that effort leads to success. As a football coach and math teacher for 17 years, I developed skills to make intricate topics straightforward, making them easy to grasp. Being a Christian, I aim to treat people the way I want to be treated, keeping love at the forefront of my actions. I am Robert McAdams, and this is how I define success.
