McAdams Roofing was founded by an owner who excelled as the top contractor in a leading company for three years in a row. He envisioned McAdams Roofing as a ""small on purpose"" operation, focusing on personalized customer service, lower volume, meticulous attention to detail, the best teams, outstanding project oversight, high-quality materials, and trustworthy contractors. These elements are frequently absent in bigger companies or smaller ones where volume takes precedence.

I hold multiple roles: top contractor, office manager, CFO, and advisor to the CEO (the little guy in the photo with gold medals). About me: as a Marine Corps infantryman, I learned the value of hard work, to say what I mean and to mean what I say. Competing as an Olympic Weightlifter in college and graduate school, I discovered that hard work yields results. As a football coach and math teacher for 17 years, I gained the ability to break down complex ideas, making them easy to grasp. My Christian values guide me to treat others with respect, and I always try to keep love in my heart. I am Robert McAdams, and this is how I define success.
