The journey of McAdams Roofing began with the owner being recognized as the leading contractor at a top national firm for three consecutive years. He envisioned McAdams Roofing as a ""small on purpose"" operation, focusing on personalized customer service, lower volume, meticulous attention to detail, the best teams, outstanding project oversight, quality materials, and reliable contractors. These elements are frequently absent in bigger companies or smaller ones where volume takes precedence.

I hold multiple roles: top contractor, office manager, CFO, and advisor to the CEO (the little guy in the photo with gold medals). Having served as a Marine Corps infantryman, I understand the significance of hard work, to express myself clearly, and to honor my promises. My experience as an Olympic Weightlifter in college and grad school, I discovered that hard work yields results. As a football coach and math teacher for 17 years, I learned to simplify complex concepts, making them easy to grasp. As a Christian, I strive to treat others as I wish to be treated, and I endeavor to maintain love in my heart. I am Robert McAdams, and this is how I define success.
