Moy and his crew did a great job with our roof replacement. Moy was very communicative about his assessment and recommendations. There were a couple unknowns that we said we'd discuss when the roof was off, and it turned out we needed to replace some rotted wood and rusted gutters. We discussed the changes, options, and pros/cons, and he answered all of my questions. The pricing was fair and the team was very fast, respectful, and cleaned up each day. He even sent pictures of the in-progress and final roof!

I had a roof leak shortly we moved into our current house, and was referred to Moy by my insurance contact who Moy recently did roof repair on her house at the time. I count this as one of the most fruitful referrals I've had. Moy's quote was far less expensive than 2 others I called, and Moy and his crew redid the flat portion of our roof and was done in 2 days. He asked me if I wanted to replace the arrestor on top of my chimney and I declined at the time, only to fast forward 3 years and I had yet another leak in my roof due to the arrestor #facepalm.

So I had him come out again and replace that, and also add a canopy for our walkway and repair other rusting out edges near our roof. Again, he came out the next day as soon as I told him, gave us another quote that was better than others, and doing the canopy, the arrestor, the ledge, and a drainage pan was done in 2 days. He asked me if I wanted to replace the angled shingles at the front of our house and I punted on that again so there's a good possibility I'll have to call him again :) but I don't think I'll be going with anyone else for my roof needs. Great guy, great service. Already getting compliments from neighbors on his suggestion of replacing the arrestor with a copper one so Moy has a good eye for that also! Highly highly recommend.
