Manuel started out well and fizzled out. Didn't finish porch in May. Water leaked into ceiling, causing it to collapse, tv shorted out, I fell in the debris and got a concussion. Didn't finish dog run. Had to pay someone else to do what I had paid him to do. I had to keep after him to finish back fence. Raingutters disappeared. Roof still leaking. He is supposed to be here Monday, but I don't believe him. This started in May 2015. I three him off the prooerty yesterday. He doesn't deserve any stars.

I have zero respect for people like Manuel at MC Roofing and wish I could leave ZERO stars. I am a real estate broker and am on a tight timeline for an escrow/transaction. We had an inspection completed and needed a roof bid so we can negotiate a request for repairs before the end of the contingency period.

The home is occupied and has no lockbox. The seller came home on her lunch break to let us in as scheduled. I was there, the seller, and other agent. At 10 mins after I called Manuel and his exact response, ""Oh, I totally forgot even talking to you."" I reminded him of our phone call, only from yesterday, and that I sent him an email to confirm. He acknowledged receiving the email and said he remembered and could be there in 30 mins.

OK, well, we all waited for 30 minutes. He didn't show up. I called again and he said he is 15 mins away. 30 MORE minutes later, no show. I called him three times and got the voicemail every time.

If you are crazy enough to call this person and roll the dice, give him a nice slap in the face from me if he bothers to show up!

I called Mc Roofing for an estimate, they didn't bother to show up! When I called him after the time frame that he told me he would show up he said he was almost there.
He never showed and on top of that never called to apologize or reschedule!
Terrible customer service!!!

I wish I could comment on his work. He came by and gave me a reasonable estimate, and I called him back sevelar weeks after to accept the job. Unfortunately he never returned my call after several messages.
