Jack is great! Last week during the storms it started raining in my bedroom, not ideal. Jack returned my call the same day (on a holiday no less), he came out to take a look and came back to fix the next day. He didn't try to upsell me, and the repair was far less expensive then I expected. He and his team were friendly, polite, and efficient. Even my dog liked him :) The quick and affordable response during a clearly very busy time was very much appreciated!

Tom did great work but failed to pull permits. After one year, the issue still wasn't taken care. I discovered this after i was trying to get solar installed. I am not able get ahold of Tom. I had to pull permits myself and pay the associated fees.

About a quarter of a century ago I had just purchased a home and asked my real estate agent if she could recommend a roofer she trusted so I could put a new roof on my home. She recommend Jack Mayo from Mayo Roofing. Jack came over and examined my roof and gave me a great price. I accepted and he re-roofed my roof. It's 2019 and the life expectancy of the prior 25 year shingles were coming to an end. Even though I didn't have a leak whatsoever in the past quarter of a century I decided I would re-shingle my roof with the new 55 year shingles. I checked and Jack Mayo and he was still in business. I called him and he came over and once again examined my roof and gave me a great price. I accepted. His guys came over and re-roofed my roof. They were polite and courteous and cleaned up after the job. Once again Jack Mayo did another outstanding roof. Thank you Jack!!
