This is my first time using Yelp and we needed our house gutters evaluated. If they had to be replaced we would do that, but needed an honest opinion. Mitchell was fantastic!! After contacting him he responded immediately, set up an evaluative appointment and determined the gutters were healthy, just clogged and the joints needed to be sealed. Three days dater he was here at 8:10am and went right to work. He was done by 11:00am and totally cleaned up the yard, including our garage where gutter bits lined the floor. I can't rate him high enough!! He deserves a 10* rating!!

We needed help to repair and restore a tiled roof on our 30-year-old house. We found Maximum Roofing via Yelp. Mitchell is prompt, courteous and very knowledgable about his trade. More importantly, he is a fair and honest person who would not force you into silly and at times expensive upsells. Mitchell told us that our roof was solid and all it needed was valley cleanups, dry rot repair, and a few new tiles. We signed him up !!

The quality of work was solid and he completed the project on time and at a very fair price. Along the way, he found an additional issue with our chimney and he fixed it to prevent future damage to the roof. In the end, he gave us a detailed walk thru of the work completed in great detail.

We are glad to have found Mitchell and wish him much success!

I have to say after using Mitchell for a ""roof tune-up"" last week, I have nothing but praise for this young man. His estimate was competitive and he stuck to it. My house is only 20 years old so the roof was in great shape yet due to trees, debris etc, the valley's, flashing, gutters etc hadn't been cleaned out in years long before I took ownership of the house. Mitchell took before and after pics, There were some hot spots that needed cleaning and some basic repair. Too long to detail but suffice it to say, I had some other estimates and they were pretty much the same in what had to be done. Mitchell made all repairs and adjustments, gutter and down spout repair etc. He is respectful, professional, courtesy and prompt. I could go on and on but I'm very big on customer service and competence, more so than price yet he delivered in all phases. I would not hesitate to recommend Mitchell for your roofing needs and consider him my professional roofer going forwards...thanks for all the hard work and dedication to your craft.......

I had Mitchell come out on a short notice last year when I had some issues with my gutter and a small part of the roof. He was quick in responding back and gave me a fair price. He even came over fairly quickly and fixed the problem in no time.
After that he contacted me again just to make sure i was not seeing the problem again and made sure i was happy with what he did.

Right in the middle of a VERY wet winter my roof started to leak. Due to the rain, many roofers I called couldn't come for a few days. One company came out and gave me an estimate for over $4,000 and when I asked for an itemized estimate, I never heard back. Mitch came out and fixed my roof (in the rain) for $450!!!!!! Almost a month later, and no leaking. He was friendly, efficient, fast and AFFORDABLE!!! Thank you Maximum Roofing for coming to a single mom's aid in a rainstorm and being honorable!!!

Simply put: Mitch is awesome and he has my business for the long haul. When we bought our house in Clayton in 2017, he did an excellent job of not only fixing issues on our roof but explaining what should be done over the long haul. I recently called him to help with our gutters given all the rain and he made time to do that despite his busy schedule. Great guy and high quality work.
