Gordon S.Carlos and a couple of his guys have been here the last few days, fixing drywall, nail pops and some painting. Got a good estimate, and they did a great job.
They even did a bit extra, cleaning up some areas that needed a bit of a refresh. Asked how much for the extra and he said ""nothing"". I gave him extra anyway.
