Maxim Roofing did a roof maintenance at my rental. I am very satisfy with their value, low price, quick reply and services. They sent me invoice and pictures after job completed. I was notified every time when needed to reschedule due to bad weather. Their price is cheaper than many similar companies. Other low price companies would not provide invoice and pictures. Maxim Roofing did a great job on our gutter and downspout replacement! We are so impressed by the finished work. The gutters are way nicer than what we previously had and the color match is perfect all done for a great price! They also came right out and got the job done in our timeframe. Rick Barrios, Maxim Roofing, was terrific. We had 8 roofing companies come to ur home to try to located the leak in our bathroom ceiling, The opinions were all over the board from a leaking water heater (definitely not the issue), leaking window, stucco leak, cracks in the exterior! But, Rick discovered the real problem which was a leaking drain pain on the roof that releases water from the roof. We were uncertain but, he promptly repaired the drain leak and, viola, the bathroom ceiling stopping leaking. He also repaired the ceilings and found a small additional leaking in the metal roof which he repaired. It has been 2 months and, despite the heavy rains, the ceilings are not leaking. All the issues found by the other roofers were not a problem. Rick was the only person who was able to properly detect the issue and repair it. And, he did it for $1200, much less than the $2400-$3800 quoted by the other roofers who would have ""repaired"" the wrong thing! We highly recommend Rick Barrios and Maxim Roofing and Restoration.
