Excellent customer service. I needed a repair and they came through very fast and professionally. They found the reason my roof was leaking when two other roofers didn't. After they gave me a quote they were up on my roof within a few days. Family owned and very friendly. Great pricing and backed by a warrantee from licensed roofers!! 10 out of 10!! Easy transaction also. I paid by Apple Pay!!

Max Roofing and Diana were absolute professional in every way.
I had shingle on the roof that flew off due to the resent LA winds, and they came out very fast for a free estimate. They took photos and wrote up a complete bid of the work quickly. They even flagged some extra items I had not thought of, cleaning rain gutters, sealing fireplace area, etc. The work was completed quickly, and communication was great. I was being updated every step of the way. They cleaned up everything nice and neat. The price was more than fair. I would definitely recommend them again.

I really enjoyed working with Max Roofing Solutions. I appreciated their attention to detail, the conscientious work, and the friendly interactions. I always felt like I was being respected and that the project was being done with utmost care and without the typical rush where done-well succumbs to done-fast.

This is a great father-daughter enterprise. Juan, the elder, started the business and has seen it all, so he's got a wealth of experience and know-how to be able to make good decisions that are cost effective. He came out a couple of times to measure and set up the bid for the scope of work.

His daughter Diana runs the company, and is fabulous to work with. I really appreciated being able to collaboratively navigate the scope of the project, to openly discuss and go back and forth on any additions I needed and importantly, give cost/benefit options for change orders. And what was great was that for the change orders we did need to do were priced very fairly. Communication was always great, be it on phone, text, or on site visits.

And lastly, Max Roofing has some great installers who are there day-to-day, like Rafael -- very personable, caring, and really knows how to make the roof leak-proof. Our project -- a lightweight concrete tile comp-backfill setup for solar panels -- went very smoothly. What was amazing was the consideration for how/when the solar installers would arrive and the promptness to complete the job after them.

From the very first phone call with Diana, she was so friendly, polite, patient, nice, and sincere.

Diana, on behalf of Max Roofing Solutions, was able to consult - from start to finish - on a very large commercial roof-project, which included a new roofing system.

Diana and her staff are extremely detailed-oriented, through and dedicated.

Overall, Diana and her team are very courteous and respectful, as well as, punctual.

Finally, Diana's follow-through with returning calls, emails and texts messages, are as good as it gets.

In essence, I feel strongly to have lucked out in finding such an excellent roofing consultant like Max Roofing Solutions taking care of me.

I highly recommend Max Roofing and will be telling everyone about their knowledge, efficiency, and price. Let me tell you what happened to me. I had solar installed on my roof in December and the installer broke at least 20 tiles and 8 ridge caps. The problem was, he didn't tell me about it. I noticed it when the rain started coming down the first part of this month. After no response from the solar company regarding the issue, I had to take things into my own hands to protect my home. I reached out for bids for the repairs and had contractors come out. I selected Max Roofing because Carlos was asking questions that none of the other contractors were asking. He provided information regarding my roof that was not even mentioned by the other contractors. I was very impressed, so I went with them. The repairs started the day after I signed up to fix the problem. It was a 2-day job, and when it was complete, they provided photos of the roof so that I wouldn't have to climb up and run the risk of breaking more times. Diana was my contact at their office, and she sent me updates and time frames. It was wonderful working with both. Thank you so much for protecting my home.
