This is my second time reviewing Maverick Roofing. I had work done from them in the beginning of 2020. They serviced my roof again a few months ago and like always, they continue to provide quality work! Greg takes pride in his work and it shows. You can't be cheap when it comes to your roof and these guys know what they're doing. Thank you again Maverick Roofing! Would recommend them to anyone who is looking for honest and reliable service.

Not a review on their work. Very nice on the phone. We set an appt for the following week but didn't show at the time agreed upon. Greg texted 30 mins later asking for an hour later the appt time and I asked him to call my wife once he got there. His response was ""will do"". He was a no call no show for that later time. We waited till 2 hours after the time and still no word. I texted him again and still no response. All good if you guys are busy and don't have time but it'd be better to communicate that. We'd understand. Best of luck

I had a great experience with Maverick Roofing and would recommend them to friends and neighbors.

We ended up needing a complete tear-off of the roof, and replacement with new decking as well as shingles. We got about 4-5 quotes and all of the estimates were pretty much in the same ballpark. We decided to choose Maverick Roofing because Greg was so approachable and honest in answering our questions. For example, we had a lot of questions about roof ventilation options, and he was open to talking about all of them. Some roofers seemed to want to stick to their roofing routine and did not want to talk about ventilation options that were not part of their routine. He was also straightforward in answering questions and did not engage in any slick talk. He was also very responsive to our calls, texts, and emails.

We are also grateful for his eye for detail. He had asked us about rain gutters, which we didn't give any thought about except that we didn't want the ""rain gutter"" look at our entry. But he was concerned about how the rain would waterfall at our entry, so he showed us how we could have a rain gutter without the ""rain gutter"" look, which we are very happy with. (We ended up with a straight, smooth sided rain gutter that integrates smoothly with the fascia and a rain chain instead of a downspout.)

After they were done, we had a beautiful new roof! Greg came with his team and they worked on time with the schedule they told me to expect. They also cleaned up all around our house as well as pieces that fell into our next door neighbor's yard.

Very Professional. The initial estimate Brian was great, explain his findings and answered all my questions. Gave me time to decide, did not feel pressure to make selection. Day of job he arrive early around 730AM and was done by 1230PM. Left area clean and took pictures of final work for me to view. Definitely recomend this company.

We had our roof replaced at the end of January 2020 by Maverick Roofing. They gave us a great price and we were really impressed with the job they did! We had them replace our skylight, the facia boards and rain gutters, as well as add roof fans. They worked fast and did a clean job. I have referred them to several friends and contractors.

Had a few leaks in our roof and these guys were amazing! Greg and his dad and crew went above and beyond what needed to be repaired on our roof at no extra cost. They were a pleasure to work with and extremely thorough in their assessment of what needed to be done. They said our roof could hold up for another 5 years so I will definitely be calling them to redo the entire roof then. Highly recommend them if you have issues.

These guys are incredible. I purchased 2 properties that needed extensive work and out of all of the vendors (contractors, plumbers, electricians, drywall), they are the only folks to do what they said they would do, in the time frame that they said (in fact, I think they completed ahead of schedule), for the price they said they would do it. They were honest, respectful (none of the that ""hey little lady bs""), pointed out some issues that were out of their project scope and fixed it free of charge. They are old school in that they are a family business and take an incredible amount of pride in their work. Every person on their team that was on-site shared the same professional demeanor which I find rare in this line of work. Greg, Jonny and their dad from Maverick Roofing were the only vendor that got the job done with no hand holding. I will use them on every project.
