I am in Lancaster, CA, NOT San Fransisco. I asked for a quote from a few roofing services. When answering the question ""When do you need this service?"" my answer was ""Flexible"". The response via email I received from ""Gregory R"" was, and I quote, ""Unable to service. Sorry, I am booked for this time."" WTF?

4.5! Great service from quote to finish. Definitely felt like I wasn't getting ripped off with a ton of overhead cost from other roofing companies. I could tell they knew what they were doing when we conversed getting a quote... and when it was time to get the job done, it went pretty smoothly. There was a small hiccup at the completion of the job but they came right back to finish/fix it up... (probably would have noticed it if we did a final walk through, but I think we had just left the house). Overall for the price, they did a professional job and I feel confident my roof will finally stop leaking this year. *cross fingers*.

Greg came out and gave an estimate on our leaky, enclosed patio roof. The price was very fair compared to the other roofing companies that came out. He explained all his recommendations in detail and answered any questions we had.

It's been over a month now since the install and it has rained a few times. There are no more leaks on the roof and we are 100% satisfied. We will be using Greg and Maverick Roofing again in the future when it is time to replace the main structures roof. He even removed an old antenna that was left over by the old owners.
