Needed inspection for possible total roof replacement due to storm hail damage. First thing he asked was what insurance company? When I told him, he said they are very difficult to work with. He then told me I would have to be the one dealing with them directly. I think I just laughed at this point. He should have just said we aren't interested in your business, which is basically what he did say!! I was almost speechless.
Don't waste your time with these jokers.

Used Matt to replace my roof and some windows. Quoting was easy for scoping it all, and we were flexible with the timing and able to get to work more quickly than anticipated due to some schedule changes. I was very impressed at the communication of the front office. The roof installation was quick and efficient. Afterwards, they were meticulous about their clean-up. I had tons of compliments from my neighbors on the new roof.

Couldn't give a five simply because I've never had a roof replaced before so I can't compare it to another. As far as punctuality, professional, courteous, quick and affordable, I can say a definite 5 star. The workers were mindful of my property, landscape and worked cooperatively with others who were remodeling so that no one stepped on toes. Good job-hard rain soon followed with no problems what so ever.

I had trouble getting a roofer to resolve a hard to find leak. Matt's was very professional setting up times and coming out on time. They printed out an on the spot estimate, did the job early. It's been a few months and so far no more leaks.

I had gutters installed. Excellent customer service. Excellent communication. Gentleman came out to the house on time. Took a tour around the house gave me the estimate and a few days later was givin an appt. Great group of nice guys came out to the house went straight to it. I had a clematis vine climbing up one gutter i stood there and watched the guy gently move my little vine off the old gutter. After installing the new gutter gently placed her back to her new home. I love that. She's very happy and doing well. My house looks great. I went from boring white gutters to sexy black gutters. Changes the whole look of the house. Great job. Will absolutely use them again and recommend them to my neighbors.

I was actually behind one of the employees for Matt's roofing and I think it may have actually been Matt himself. He was in his work van at the stop sign in the Peachtree city WalMart parking lot area and my wife and I were behind him waiting for no less than 30 seconds before finally we honked the horn so we could all get moving and the driver got out of his vehicle in a threatening way and walked very quickly and directly towards our car. Had my my wife not had room to speed around his car we would have had to escalate things beyond what anyone wanted to witness that day. Hands down some of the most unprofessional behavior I have ever seen. Honestly a complete disgrace to the industry.

Matt and his team were totally reliable from day one. The response we got from submitting our initial quote request online was very prompt. Matt himself came out for the quote and was very PROFESSIONAL, not pushy or sketchy like most of our previous quotes. He took the time to make sure all of our questions were answered and really made us feel like it was an obvious choice to give him our business. His team was very punctual and had the job done in just one day. Very pleased with the entire experience, will definitely be giving Matt more of our business in the near future!

I would leave 0 stars if it was an option. We called Matt's Roofing and scheduled an appointment for them to come out and give us a quote on a new roof. Unfortunately, no one from Matt's Roofing ever showed up or called, ever. Sorry Matt's roofing, you lost two (2) new roofing jobs from us. If you're looking for a new roof, we recommend Tru Top Roofing, ask for Bill.

They are only interested in performing new install and not warranty work of the products they sell to consumers. DO NOT USE!! If a company is not willing to back the products they sell I would certainly question their integrity towards the consumer!!
