Very quick on communication text. Came out and gave me a estimate. Job was over budget due to unseen damage. But not by much. Work was done well please with the out come. Cleaned work area up. Was well informed during the work as what was going on. Would hire him again.

Matthew exceeded my expectations. He helped build a squat rack for me on my patio. He was on time and gave updates prior to his arrival. Squat rack was unboxed and assembled in under a hour. Would definitely recommend his service.

I really hate to write a review like this for such a new business, but I have to warn others to not waste their time with this guy! VERY unreliable! Terrible/non-existent communication skills.

My husband and I are looking to rip out our old patio and get a new one built. I reached out to Matthew's Master Builders (and a few other companies) for estimates on the project. Matthew was able to schedule a time to meet with me and see the patio area and discuss the project details. HOWEVER- After meeting, he completely ghosted me! At the initial meeting, he said he would ""get started on an estimate"" that day... Well, a week later I still hadn't heard from him so I decided to send him a text and follow up. NO RESPONSE.

When meeting, Matthew had explained that he is new to to town and that his ""business"" is VERY new (only a couple of months) and that his girlfriend is managing all of the online marketing. He seemed like a very nice person, but I don't think that he knows ANYTHING about how to properly run a business.

If you don't want to work with a client, or can no longer provide an estimate- Fine... But at least let the perspective client know!

I would not recommend this business to anyone.

-It's just a guy who knows some handyman stuff, not an actual established company.
-The owner is incredible flakey.

Do yourself a favor; Don't waste your time. Look elsewhere.

Matthew and his team work with me remotely. They replaced siding and doors, we did community through FaceTime and the job was done in 2 days, their team is amazing. Everyone is so lovely to talk to and quick. They work weekends too
