Eddie, along with Gavin and their team, did an amazing job from start to finish. Eddie and Gavin were very detailed and transparent with my mother in law from the contract signing, roof demo, roof installation, inspection, etc. The communication with contractors and homeowners was constant. During the JAN 2024 Rains and ensuing Flood much of our area sustained major damage to infrastructure & personal property. I was one of those people who during the aftermath trying to figure out how to navigate repairs, clean up and just getting back to normal. Working with various companies it was challenge to coordinate all the repairs. Due to their BBB A+ rating and reviews I chose Masterlyne for exterior repairs and a badly needed paint job. From beginning to end the process was smooth, communicative and straight forward. The various personnel from main office to the on-site workers were nothing less than professional and experts in their craft. The end result is amazing! My property is a 1957 Mid Century home and I wanted to bring that design up front and center instead of the common beige on top of beige on top of beige :-) Once completed the property now assumes a fresh & modern look. Thank you Gavin, Jorge & Luis and the rest of the crew a job well done !

We had hydro-blasting, stucco and wood repair and Cool Wall Tex-Coating applied. Stack stone installed on 7 pillars. Gutters installed.
The whole process went seamlessly and had great communication with the contractor and subcontractors.
The final results are amazing and the cost reasonable.
We highly recommend this company.

My roofing job was done professionally and quickly, the roofing crew did a good clean upas well. The crew was friendly and did a great job communicating times they would be here, and what they were doing each day. Brad the sales rep did a great job showing me all the options available. Brad took the time to build rapport with us, so we really understood the process and what to expect. I didn't feel pressured at all, and if there was something he didn't know he was open about that too. He was able to get everything done within our budget, which was also greatly appreciated!

This is my update for my previous review. 6 weeks after my roofing job was declared ""finished"", it finally is. The need for repeated returns by workers to address the numerous discrepancies not addressedby the previous worker sent to ""finish"" the job was very frustrating and maddening. But the company's co-owner, Gavin, was the reassuring factor for my confidence in the company, that the job would eventually be completed satisfactorily. His genuine concern for his customer's satisfaction with the work provided was very important and reassuring. I am changing my review rating to 4 stars. I am finally satisfied with the job results and thank Gavin personally for his professionalism diligence for providing customer satisfaction.

Door to door solicitor. Nice but started with talking about stucco then after I repeatedly said no, he wanted to give me his card. Apparently he thought that was a trade to talk about solar. He started talking about solar which I also said no to. We just got done with some solar people and my husband is not going to listen to any more. This didn't change the efforts of the person. They tried to guess all the things the other solar company might have done to annoy us. I kept saying we aren't interested. He kept ignoring that. But hey I got a business card so I know where to leave this review. If someone won't stop trying to sell something to me and won't leave even after I've said no several times... I don't even want to think about contacting them for anything else. Sorry, don't come to my house and ignore me when I'm trying to be nice and then annoy me to the point of wanting to slam the door in your face.
If you care about customer service when people do use your business you might want to consider the first impression you are leaving someone with.

Had someone knock on my door ignoring my no soliciting sign, when I told them I wasn't interested they proceeded to insult me, in other words calling me an idiot for not receiving a quote from them, the character had a ton of jewelry on & was incredibly unprofessional, a company's workers say a lot about the company so keep a look out!

This company was very pushy and aggressive, I was talked into using this company at first, I had a day to think further on it, and they wanted to put a roof on my house that was going to be well over $20,000. Adding many things to my roof that weren't needed or wanted.
