I used them 2 years ago to make some roof repairs after the Cat 1 hurricane in Venice. They seemed a bit expensive, but I don't have tremendous experience having my roof repaired, I didn't complain and they did a nice job. With this Cat. 3+ hurricane I got a bit more roof damage (not catastrophic, but definitely leaking). So, I called them immediately, made an appointment and they never showed up. Never called either. When I called back to see what had happened, the woman who does scheduling seemed shocked and said she would have Conrad call me right away. That never happened. So I called every few days because my roof was not healing itself. I left many messages. They never returned a single call. They never even made an attempt. I know every roofer is out of their minds with work, but the office staff ought to be able to call me and tell me what is going, or that I am simply too small an opportunity to bother with. I am planning to replace the whole roof, which is not what si needed but makes sense to me. I mentioned that in one of my messages and still no interest. Well, I have lost interest in them.

Wouldn't choose another roofing company for my roofing needs ! They are very professional , they get the work done with little to no errors . The crews are extremely hard working !!!
