My roof was installed by Master Roofing Systems. Their price was reasonable . Because of the drought in last few years, I couldn't tell how good was the roof until last year. A sudden heavy rain fall in a day. The roof was pooling about 4 inches.
Mr. Lee of the owner finally show up but decided not to inspect the roof since there was no internal leak visible. He claims the roof was not built correctly , and need more slope. I tried to contact him many times and offer him a job to correct the drainage problem. No response from him ever !

I would highly recommend Master Roofing if you need a complete tear off or a reroof. The crew was on time and took care of protecting plants and the deck as well. They finished the job in two days which I thought was amazing . I received several estimates and am very satisfied with the finished work.

I received a recommendation from a quality house paint that said their work was decent. Wrong! Stephen Lee and his crew finished my roof in a quick, clean, and superb manner. Stephen gave an estimate and outlined the exact procedure his crew would follow. His is very low key but knows his business. The drain at the back of the roof he enlarged and used copper, the same as my gutters. The application of the roofing material by his crew was smooth on the flat roof. The shingles on the front part of the roof were replaced using stainlesssteel flashings. I have not seen other roofers this quality material, just galvanized cheap trim. Two contractor friends gave me a thumbs up for such a quality job! Another rowhouse lives again!

Master Roofing did my roof back in late 2012. They were quick to come by to provide an estimate, their quote was super reasonable, and their work was top notch. Six years later, and it still looks great.

I was up on the roof looking it at last week, and noticed that the stucco up against my neighbor's house had a crack in it. I called Master Roofing to have them come by for an estimate to fix it, and they just came by and patched it quickly, even though it wasn't a 'roof' issue.

Great customer service, I will be sure to use Master Roofing whenever I need any roof work. I highly recommend them.

We needed a new flat roof on our home due to a current leak. We received a couple estimates. Stephen was the only one that said we should poke a hole in the roof to stop the leak from spreading! I wish we would have called him from the beginning. His estimate can't be beat! Best price around! He and his crew are fast efficient and reliable! Best roofer in the entire Bay Area - by far! We did extensive research for our roof replacement because our house has some special custom features and requires care and attention. We could not be more pleased with Stephen Lee and his crew. They gave us a good price and they did a fantastic job. All our questions were answered and the special touches, like using copper in some places, were handled perfectly. Even an unusual windstorm during the night, which was worrying, and a little rain did not cause a problem. One thing I really appreciated was the attention to detail and especially all the good clean up. Lee himself picks up debris as he walks around. He was recommended by a friend who is also a contractor and another friend, a former roofer, saw the work when it was done and praised it. Lee deserves all these spectacular reviews. If you want very high quality work, dependable and agreeable service, do hire Stephen Lee.

I was very much satisfied and pleased with the services they did to my roof. However, I still don't have the vision of their finish product to my roof because I'm still awaiting for the pictures they have taken. I must say they have a busy schedule but they took the time to live up to their promises on when they can start and finish the job. I'm hoping to see the pictures and I hope they find time to send it to me.
