Master Roofing Inc is the definition of shady. Quinn--the so-called ""trusty owner""--is nothing more than a smooth-talking con artist. He specifically targets elderly homeowners with confusing contracts and then buries them in overpriced change orders once the job starts. It's disgusting.

We trusted this company based on their promises, only to watch Quinn twist every conversation into a sales pitch designed to squeeze out more money. He's not just unprofessional--he's dangerous in how confidently he takes advantage of people who don't know better.

This isn't just a bad contractor--it's a calculated hustle. They use subcontractors (not even real employees), ignore concerns once they've cashed the checks, and if you try to stand up for yourself? Good luck. They'll stop answering or blame everything on ""change orders.""

Shame on Quinn and anyone backing him. Especially when it comes to taking advantage of seniors. If you care about your family or your home, stay far away from Master Roofing Inc.

This was hands down the WORST experience. We used Master Roofing to fix the wind damage to our roof. We had to chase them to honor the appointment they made after signing paperwork. Then after they finally did the work, their repairs caused a leak in our roof. After finally getting ahold of them they did everything they could to avoid coming back to fix their mistake. After chasing them again for 2 months they agreed to fix it, and as if that wasn't enough they still put off coming to do the work they promised to do. Could not be more unhappy with their service. Their project management is a joke and this whole experience has been a nightmare. There are plenty of companies out there who will follow through on their promises and respect your time. This isn't one of them.

Just wanted to give an update on this matter. Quinn responded to my first review with a very diplomatic response that was riddled with half-truths and incorrect information.

Several of the patches that Master Roofing applied have already started peeling up. A few weeks ago we had some rain and discovered two roof leaks as well from locations they were supposed to seal.

Master Roofing never completed the verbally agreed upon scope of work, tried to charge me extra to fix their own faulty workmanship, and I've now had to pay another roofer $1,400 to resolve the issues caused by them.

There are a few outstanding items and damages caused by Master Roofing that I am still waiting for a quote on.

I've had three different roofers walk the job that Master Roofing did and they've all commented that Master Roofing's work would never pass inspection and would cause leak issues in the very near future.

I'm just honestly stunned. Jake was really cool and I appreciated working with him at the start of the project. Quinn, not so much... I don't think Quinn actually knows much about roofing and just is the business guy that subs everything out to his crew and believes what he is told.

Either way... they bid the job for patching and sealing parts of the roof at $9,500... they worked with me to match another quote and took the job at $7,500 which is still an expensive job.

Attached are pictures of the work they did. This was after having them come out and correct things 3 times. When they realized that I still wasn't happy, they tried to charge me more to send out a different foreman to fix what their first foreman did.

I've wasted so much time with these guys which is a shame since they had really good reviews on Google and BBB and as I said earlier Jake is a super cool guy.

For commercial projects, I would steer clear of Master Roofing and find a contractor that knows what they are doing.... I can't attest to their residential work.

We had a leak in office room of our house. The Timothy came, did drone pictures. (!!) Created a small contract to replace 100 sf in the roof for the price of 4500 dollars. He said they replace the whole side of the roof which connects to the entrance porch. In the next couple of days, people come and did some work for maybe 30 minutes and left. We paid them the money. The rain started couple months later and..... we have the same leak again.
This company is a real scam! We so disappointed with them.

When we were shopping for a Roofing Company We came across Master Roofing and their pricing worked well for us.& were happy that we contracted with Master Roofing, for an excellent job done
Thanks to Tim who was very knowledgeable about roofing and gave us quote on his first Visit using High technology . We were impressed. Using No pressure tactics. We felt very comfortable in dealing with Master Roofing.
